What did I enjoy about this book? I like that it defined a lot of real estate terms I did not know about, I liked the chapter that talked about things to fix up when seeing a house. I enjoyed the chapter that talked about a 2 or 3 different styles of houses: ranch, cape cod, split level. Its fun to read about real estate. I wish I could write better book reviews. Any I think its a solid book.

Surprisingly easy read. Normally real estate investing books are very heady and hard to understand because they forget to come down to the beginner's level. This was nothing of the sort; and I enjoyed the Monopoly theme very much. Definitely five stars!
