Howlin' Allyson James Patrice Spencer never thought she was a werewolf until a Shaman name Jackson told her she'd turn into a wolf at the next full moon. The dark-eyed, black-haired Jackson is a to-die-for male but when Patrice meets Alain Dupree, she knows he's her match. Alain came to Arizona when his father died. He senses another werewolf, a female, and his lonely heart cries out for her. A pesky coyote shifter named Jackson says he can help Alain not only have Patrice, but find out who killed Alain's father. Coyote Jackson loves to mess with the affairs of humans and this time he's hit the jackpot. Alain and Patrice need each other, and Jackson will do everything in his power to bring them together-even if it means having sex with both of them, as many times as it takes.

This is okay but not great. Starts well with an interesting plot and the actual story is good, though sad. Jackson is a trickster coyote god who likes to play with mortals for sexual reasons. Alain is a wolf shifter returned home due to his fathers death. He was murdered. Patrice didn’t know her parents were shifters until Jackson tells her, and that she will shift at the next full moon. But it ends up just a bit too much over the top for me with all the sex. These people don’t even know each other. Read and reviewed previously.
Nothing special, after a while, I took a break. Quit reading, came back to it. It lost steam in the middle. Reader gets shifters. All 3 characters connect. Decent read.
I really like shifter stories and trickster gods have always been a favorite with me - so how could I not love a story that contains shifters AND Coyote?

For a short story, it sure took me forever to finish it. I found the story to be boring and I can't even pinpoint why I felt that way. The characters are okay, the story was good, there was a small scene with the bad guy which wasn't really riveting. The story was so-so and I couldn't wait until it finished, which is just sad.
The cover is a major turnoff - poor guy needs to see a good dental hygienist before he starts pursuing any ideas of mating. Otherwise, story was okay - werewolf menage action with trickster Coyote demigod. Definitely out there.
