The moment he spotted her he knew that he had to have her. Dave Turner couldn’t get the stunning image of the creamy mocha beauty Charisma Miles out of his mind. He wasn’t going to stop pursing her until she was completely his.
Tall, handsome and oh so yummy!
Muscles and tattoos are her ultimate weakness, that’s why Charisma Miles stays as far away from Dave Turner as she can. His rock hard body is constantly the featured attraction in her dreams. He’s her ultimate fantasy, but is she ready for her dreams to become a reality
"The Queen of Tease" offers interracial romance stories that will leave you eager for more and turning the pages faster than you can read them. If you enjoy that, Marie's writing is perfect for you. Marie was inspired to become a writer after reading her first "racy" book as a teenager. She started writing years ago to pursue her dream and create characters who embody the idea of "Happily Ever After" for her fans.
The Men of CCD: Tempting Turner, by Marie Rochelle, is a re-release of a book originally published in 2010. Even though the content of the book has not changed, I felt like I was reading the book for the first time.
Dave Turner is a former competitive body builder that has met who he feels is his “one”. He watched his friends, Hayward and Clinton, fall in love and he wants that for himself. We meet him as he is completing his degree in computers and business administration so that he can further himself. He meets Charisma Miles, a friend of his best friends, and knew he had to do all he could to make her his. As fate would have it, they end up on vacation at the same place and the same time and begin a relationship. The relationship is wrought with ups and downs, mainly because of Charisma’s fear that Dave will be like all the other men she has dated.
It was great to see how Ms. Rochelle brought this couple full circle. Even to the end the reader wasn’t assured the happily ever after. Ms. Rochelle left us in suspense about some things in Dave’s past and whether or not Charisma would accept that part of his life. The addition of Dave’s sister Brittney and Charisma’s best friend Kiera was definitely comic relief. Those two always had a smart comment or quip that gave us a chuckle.
I not only recommend this book, but the entire series to all.
Honestly, I really loved this story, despite the many errors and being shorter than the others.... I liked how the characters came together and worked through each part of their realtionship.....wanted a little more toward the ending but non-the-less it's still a wonderful addition to The Men of CCD series. Can't wait to read the story of Keira and Jim.....
I felt the author left the story unfinished at very end. I know there four books to this CCD series debate on if i want to purchase the first and second book. I definitely want helped wanted.
