Excellent book

This book definitely elaborates on how to deal with certain human behavior under distressed circumstances. I was expecting more elaboration on personality type and maybe a way to recognize them with your naked eyes. Anyhow, I understand that it is a complicated subject to begin with, but the information in this book is still a very essential in our daily lives.

IsThis Supposed to be A Textbook?

There is a need for the author to choose a style. If the goal is a textbook then way citations are needed. If it is a self help type book then there should be more examples and possibly even personal experiences.

Found some spelling errors while reading. Despite that, it's a very good intro book into psychology. Would recommand.
