You don't get between a Hound and his Prey. Scarlett Everyone has had to survive something, right? We've all had to endure and then win in a battle against something trying to hurt us. I did. Had to fight. But I never won though, was never free, not really. Evil kept his eyes on us, made sure I knew all about just how close he always was to causing pain again. Alone and lonely... Until I fell over the bin, and the man that swears to Harley saved me with obsession and patience. Kept my pieces together while I applied the glue and then he set me onto my throne. Where I reign over a heart made of shiny chrome.
Kane We all knew what would happen when we found her. I don't know why her brother seems to think I've been messing with him all these years. I told him, Scarlett is mine, she belongs to me... Scarlett is my Queen. I'll fight him for her, I'll hand over my cut. For her, I'll do anything. I'll hunt him too, the husband. I'll make him suffer, pay for every mark he left on her skin. That's what us Hounds do, we hunt, we maim, we kill. Harley help those who dare to think they can cause harm to my Queen again. Because now she rules over a pack, a pack that The Devil himself spat out of his own house.
Patching a Queen is the first book in The Devil's Hounds M.C series and can be read as a standalone.
Scarlett’s internal struggle was relatable and realistic. Kane’s obsession and devotion was, in my opinion, swoon worthy. Thank you Author, for giving us a hero that wanted to help his Queen heal. Help her see her worth. Thank you for giving us a story that made my heart hurt and soar at the same time. I loved the family, the bond of brothers and the struggles they faced. I loved the loyalty and different take on M.C law. For me this book is a favourite! I will recommend to everyone I know and WHEN IS THE NEXT BOOK COMING?!
This review probably isn’t helpful but, it’s a great book, it’s just amazing!
