I thought I had been through it all. Spoiler alert: I was wrong.

After my ex walked out on me and straight into someone else’s arms, I decided to focus on myself. I didn’t know who I was or what I wanted out of life, but I was finally looking.

I moved to a new town and became the manager of a brewery, where I met Iskander. The chemistry between us was undeniable and we quickly fell into a pattern. We became friends with benefits…lots of benefits. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun in my life.

But after one phone call, everything changes.

My best friend is fighting for her life.

I might become a single mother to a toddler I barely know.

I may have to leave Luna Harbor.

Iskander signed up for fun and games, not an emotional rollercoaster. Besides, a child is too much to ask.

But if that’s true, why can’t he leave me alone?

Truly You is an angsty, ugly cry standalone romance full of raw emotions and unconditional love. Claudia Burgoa brings the right amount of heat, desire, and intimacy kink for a truly inspiring romance.

I feel the need to preface this review by stating that I have loved many of Claudia Burgoa's past books, and I'm sure I will love many of her future books. However, not every book is for every reader, and unfortunately, "Truly You" was not a great match for me.

I wish there had been a content/trigger warning for cancer/breast cancer in the synopsis because if I had known that it was such a central part of the plot, I probably wouldn't have picked this book up at all. I am by no means a medical expert, but as someone who has battled stage IV breast cancer since March 2019, I am more sensitive to this topic than most. I've followed the author on social media for some time, and she seems like a genuinely lovely person. I'm sure she had the best of intentions in telling this story. That said, quotes like the following were upsetting to me because they came across as characters making light of the situation.

"Stage three isn't that bad, but it's cancer. An unpredictable illness."

I have to disagree - cancer at any stage can be bad. Specific to breast cancer, stage 3 means that the cancer has started to spread to the lymph nodes, chest wall, and/or skin. This is a serious diagnosis requiring significant treatment, and saying that it "isn't that bad" doesn't sit right with me.

"This is the twenty-first century. There's a cure for almost everything."

Boy, do I wish that were true. Cancer treatment continues to advance, but there are many, many cases that can't be cured. Again, while I don't believe it was the author's intent, IMO it comes across as making light of a serious situation.

Setting that aspect of the plot aside, I was troubled by the central romantic relationship between main characters Siobhan Walters and Iskander Cantu. I think my biggest problem is that the vast majority of their relationship happened off the page, and the parts we did see emphasized how often Iskander was a jerk who'd gone out of his way to tell Siobhan how much he didn't want to be with her. Despite Siobhan's assertions, I had a tough time believing that he was ever "attentive" or "loving" in the three years they were "friends" (co-workers?) with benefits.

"I came to the realization that Iskander has always been attentive, loving, and in a way, I tried not to acknowledge it because if I did...well, obviously, I would be head over heels in love with him."

I needed to be shown that he had acted that way, not told. Without that, their love just didn't seem very believable to me, and frankly, I thought Siobhan deserved better.

Overall, I had strongly mixed feelings about this book. While it wasn't a great match for me, I do think it is likely to appeal to fans of angsty/emotional contemporary romance. I remain a fan of Burgoa's writing and will continue to look forward to her latest releases.

So, I’ve read all the books in this series and was really excited to see how Iskander and Siobhan navigate their resolution to have a relationship without actually having a relationship.

They’ve been together for 3 years now and are still claiming that there is nothing there, just the friends with benefits aspect of it. But when things get a bit sticky, Iskander leaves. And now Siobhan receives devastating news that she has no other choice but to leave Luna Harbor. With her disappearance, Iskander realizes that he was in fact in love with her all this time. But his words and actions speak louder than words, so getting back to her good graciousness will be a challenge. But he’s determined to prove to her that his love has no limits, and he can’t live without her.

I never expected to love Iskander. His personality was lacking, but when he realized that if he doesn’t change, he’ll lose her, and he begins to open up, we meet a whole new man. And that man was easy to love.
I don’t have to say anything about Siobhan. She’s had a tough life and it's about time for someone to claim her and his and love her like she deserves to be loved; wholeheartedly and forever.

I think this is the best so far!
And I honestly can’t wait for Mitch’s story!!!

ARC!

I finished this book in a full sitting, and I regret nothing... only that I ended it too fast lol.
I'm on her ARC team, and maaaayy be biased but this story was so wholesome!!
Their chemistry was THEEERRREE since the beginning, and they never intended to hide it.
They eventually fall in love but mask is as friends with benefits, eventually life gets in the WORST WAY POSSIBLE (i fucking cried for a whole 5mins!!) and he tries to win her back.
Because yes, they have a small mishap but he works harder than he did for his job and now he wants her forever. Because you guessed it, he took his head out of his ass!!!
But again, this is an emotional story but I honestly you'll need tissues, but worth it.

The couple is LITERALLY A NORMAL COUPLE. When i say this is they are the most relatable out there, I felt like I connected with the FMC more than ever before.
Can't wait to continue reading this series

I felt a bit of deja vu when reading Truly You, as the beginning mimics the prequel novella Maybe It’s You. So I was a little disappointed to be reading the same information all over again. But once it switched to the new story, it moved quickly.

Iksander was a hard character to like. He had so much leftover trauma that he was purposefully ignoring and his actions toward Siobhan were hard to swallow. His journey moved at warp speed and I was hoping for more personal growth and character development.

Siobhan was the star of the show for me. She stuck to her convictions but wasn’t so stubborn that she couldn’t bend or compromise. Truly You wasn’t my favorite of this series, but I was still entertained and will be looking forward to coming back.

Iskander and Siobhan's story began with the prequel to the series in MAYBE IT'S YOU, which is at the beginning of this book so no worries if you haven't read it already, their relationship or shall I say non relationship has been going on for a while now. What started out as a causal hookup for the summer turned into three years of Friends with Benefits. They both agreed when they started that they were not to get feelings involved and since Siobhan has just gotten out of a failed engagement she was just fine with that, but after that long how can feeling not get involved?

This book has it all, Laugh out loud moments, moments that will have you shedding tears, and everything in between. If you enjoy Workplace Romances, Large Family Romances, Billionaire Romances, or Casual to More Romances I would recommend this book to you.

Happy Reading!!!

I loved Siobhan and Iskander in the prequel and I couldn't wait to get their full story! Claudia Burgoa did not disappoint when it came to these two! I loved how their relationship developed and the fact that it took one of them leaving to realize that they had been in love with each other the whole time they had a friends with benefits relationship. I didn't expect to love both of the characters as much as I did. These two were so perfect together! I have loved reading the Luna Harbor series and I can't wait for more by Claudia Burgoa!

I enjoyed Iskander and Siobhan's story. However, I'm not too fond of the story's pacing and the timeline was confusing in the first 30% of the book. I've read the first three books and cannot help but compare this to the other books and they are better than this one. And the story felt a bit rushed especially towards the end. I wished I could say I loved this one, but it's just a decent read. I've read better from Claudia.

This book was intense to read. There is tragedy, heartache, and denial of emotions. Siobhan and Iskander believe they live in a superficial relationship with an expiry date. When Siobhan leaves to aid her sister and is off the grid from everyone it has Iskander questioning his behaviour. There is a death in this book. Ms.Burgoa likes to pull at my heartstrings.

I loved reading the book but listening to Grace Grant and Gomez Pugh put voices to Iskander and Siobhan and theirir story was wonderful. I was ticked off with Iskander attitude for most of the book so I was glad he had to grovel to win Siobhan's heart.

I have some mixed feelings about this book and I don't really know where to start, first of all I feel a little sad because it is the end of Luna Harbor and this is the series with which I met Claudia Y. Burgoa, and I feel that I'm missing something with Iskander & Siobhan's story, I think I would have liked it to have been longer so that some situations could be more developed and the plot not was so hasty, Iskander still managed to win me over a little and make me enjoy his love for Siobhan.

And it is precisely she who stole my heart from the beginning, I loved knowing the truth behind her arrival at Luna Harbor although she also made me suffer with her for that, since Siobhan is a girl who is trying to put her life back on track, heal her heart and at the same time manage the Cantús brewery in which she is having a lot of success. She is a woman who has dealt with abandonment and tryes hard to protect her heart for that reason, and she does it VERY well, especially when it comes to Iskander, although I love that she decides to open her heart to Nydia and they are the most loyal and beautiful friends there can be.

I also have to say that Iskander has never been my favorite Cantú, I DON'T HATE HIM, but being the most detached member of the family I think I hadn't been able to connect with him until now , which surprised me a lot because his attitude at the beginning of the book was not my favorite, but thanks to knowing his story I was able to understand better his distant & a little grumpy personality and his wishes to avoid any kind of commitment. And while I loved him towards the end of the book, I think his character needed a bit more development, especially when it comes to his emotional issues and childhood traumas.

One of the things I loved about Siobhan & Iskander was the instant chemistry between them, although I also think that things happened very quickly at the beginning, I really liked that that connection would always be there, even when they were both having a hard time. But without a doubt, what I enjoyed the most was the way in which Siobhan protected herself at the beginning of their relationship-non-relationship, how much Iskander supported her through difficult times, and when he realizes how he really feels about Siobhan!

I absolutely loved Truly You by Claudia Burgoa; it is an friends with benefits females, loving families, and friends, who always support one another? I really story. It is a bittersweet book for me since it is the fourth and final book in her Luna Harbor series. Claudia Burgoa has once again shown that she is an amazing storyteller and has provided her readers with amazing characters. I love that she continues to write the books that I love to read. I love all the characters in Truly You, enjoy love they feel like family! Truly You is an incredible love story, which filled me with a rollercoaster of emotions, and it was impossible to put it down, and I loved every moment on every page. Who does not love hot sexy men, strong how the book is told in the first person from the perspective of the main characters. I love getting the insight and feelings from the different characters. I love the lighter moments where I find myself smiling and laughing out loud. My favorite moments are the ones that pull at my heartstrings that cause me to sigh, as I read the heartbreaking moments. Truly You is filled with heartbreaking and heartwarming moments, and with so much emotion. It is filled with all those things that I have come to love and expect in a love story, Claudia Burgoa did not disappoint, especially with the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. Truly You is a story that started as college best friends and roommates between Iskander Cantu, billionaire and owner of his own consulting company and Siobhan Walters, manager for Wicked Luna Brewery and the sports bar. Iskander and Siobhan were first introduced in Maybe It’s You, and I am so happy that they got their own book. Iskander returns home to Luna Harbor to assist with the family’s businesses while his grandfather is receiving treatment for cancer. Siobhan and Iskander agree to have a fling as long as it works for each of them. They initially thought it would only be for several months, where they established ground rules. Instead, their companionship that was based on sex and nothing else lasted for over three years. A plot twist changes things between them and causes them to go their separate ways. Iskander realizes while they are apart that he has real feelings for Siobhan and seeks her out. I love everything that Iskander does for Siobhan, her foster sister, Anya and Anya’s daughter, Rumi. As they get back together following the plot twist, things change between them. I love when both Iskander and Siobhan get real with their true feelings for one another. I love the emotionally charged, gut wrenching dialogue that transpires between the Iskander and his family. I love how Siobhan and Iskander disclose things to each other that they have not shared with anyone before, especially how Iskander felt regarding his mother’s departure and his added responsibility to his siblings. I love all the changes that they are willing to make in their lives to have a life with each other. I love the characters and the family dynamic in Truly You, the characters feel like family and friends. I enjoyed all the interactions between the Cantu siblings especially their teasing that made me laugh. I loved all the characters in Truly You, and I am sad that this was the last book in the series. Who does not love family and friends that always have each other’s backs? I loved catching up with the characters in the series, it felt like a family reunion. I was slightly disappointed that Efren and Myka did not get their own stories, and that the details behind Archer’s death were never revealed. I loved all the bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. I thoroughly enjoyed Truly You, who does not love a love story that starts as a friends with benefits relationship? Highly recommend this incredible love story.

Iskander Cantu has been guilted to go back to Luna Harbor. However, gets to drag all his siblings (3 brothers and 1 sister) with him. Their aboule (?) has cancer and needs all of them to go back to Luna Harbor to keep all the various businesses that their grandfather and the grandfather's best friend owns in Luna Harbor.

Siobhan Walters ended up in Luna Harbor due to her ex-fiance. She decided to stay there for now since she's the manager at the sports bar and brewery owned by Mr. Cantu and his friend. She's feeling sorry for herself because she doesn't know what to do with her life.

The chemistry between Iskander and Siobhan is explosive but these 2 people doesn't believe in relationships. After getting together a couple of times, Iskander proposes an arrangement (not a relationship) where they go out together, spend time together, and have bedroom time alot! They don't get personal and don't ask each other about their lives. The arrangement continues until one of them decides they no longer want to be in it.

Three years later, the arrangement is still going on and Siobhan has been living in Iskander's house. These 2 people are quite broken if you ask me. How can you do this for 3 years and really have no clue about each other. Grandp Cantu and his best friend are finally home so Iskander tells them that he is going back to his life in NYC.

Siohban is feeling unhappy about arrangement and knows Iskander is going to be leaving soon. She has it in her head that Iskander is the rebound guy (even though it's been 3 years). On their last weekend getaway, Iskander sees something in Siobhan's purse and totally freaks out that he basically ran away to NYC and left her at the B&B that they were at. Siobhan is upset and plans to go back to Luna Harbor until she gets an emergency call from her "sister" Anya. She flies to Chicago to find out what's going on.
,
Everyone in Luna Harbor starts worry about them when they didn't come back. And they are mad at Iskander since they figured he poached Siobhan to go work for him. When Iskander realizes that Siobhan disappeared, he starts to re-evaluate his life because everyone has been telling him for the last couple of years that he's blind to what's in front of him.

With help from Lang (from the Organization), he finds Siobhan and understood why she left when he sees Anya. In order to prove himself, he stays with Siobhan, Anya, and Rumi (Anya's daughter) and helps to figure out what needs to be done to help Anya. Everyone helps out to get Anya the best doctors and bring the ladies back to Luna Harbor to be surrounded by people who cares about them while Anya gets treatment.

After 3 years, the 2 of them finally gets real with each other. However, Siobhan having been hurt a lot and left along, doesn't believe Iskander when he tells her how he feels. It takes a health crisis and taking care of a cute baby (Zumi) for the 2 of them to stop being in denial about what they really want in life. There is a HEA for the book but there's lots going on to get there.

I really enjoy Claudia and her books. She somehow manages to bring characters from her various series together. I love how everyone is somehow inter-twined with each other. This book was funny but sad too. There are parts that got to me but then there's the HEA.

Iskander and Siobhan finally are getting the rest of their story!

If you have read, Maybe It's You, the prequel book to the Luna Harbor series by Claudia Burgoa- then you, like me, have been waiting to see what was to come of their "sex only- no feelings" arrangement. If you haven't read the prequel- no worries because the first few chapters of Truly You is actually Maybe It's You built right into the rest of their story.

I love the big family- small town feel that I get a lot in Claudia's books- but with that it also means that there are a LOT of characters and moving storylines that while the stories can be read as stand alones, you really need to read the series to get the full scope. Iskander has always been a bit brash and almost robotic with his feelings. Siobhan has walls fortified around her heart- so their arrangement was perfect for them up until it wasn't. 3 years worth of time has passed since the start of their arrangement and when I say that things get out of control quickly- I really do mean quickly.

It was almost as if a switch was flipped that Iskander- realized that he actually loved Siobhan and needed her in his life, but of course not until after he essentially damaged their relationship beyond repair and she had no interest or mental capacity to entertain his sudden change of heart and mind.

There is a lot happening in this book. Not only is Iskander trying to win back Siobhan and the possibilities of their future but there is the sudden appearance of Siobhan's family complete with it's own varying degrees of devastation, drama, and emotion but Mane and his bandmates are called out to deal with their "other job" while family and friends are shipped off to Luna Harbor for safety. While I devoured this book in one sitting- I was also left with this feeling that with all that was going on- it was all at lightning speed and kind of felt like nothing was happening in a way. Like the pieces were there but perhaps not fully developed or resolved- which is a feeling I've had with her books in the past.

I'm still hooked on Claudia's story telling- and I'll still be back for more, because even with the quick pace I love the journey each book brings!

TRULY YOU is the 4th book in the Luna Harbor series. I loved this friends to lovers with benefits story. This is a story about love. This is a story about trust and healing. This is a story about family dynamics and support. This is a story about a love so unexpected, a love so pure you can’t stop reading about. But, you will need tissues for this heartbreaking and angsty read. The character’s emotions were raw and honest. I felt every heartbreak in this story between the characters. This book left me wonderfully content at its conclusion to Iskander Cantù and Siobhan Walter’s story.

When Iskander gets the dreadful news about his grandfather, he has to return to Luna Harbor. Siobhan works for Iskander’s grandfather in Luna Harbor overseeing the Wicked Luna Brewery Co. When Siobhan meets Iskander, she is unaware of who he is. True to Iskander’s reputation that precedes him as a flirt, arrogant, heartbreaker, and billionaire who goes after who he wants. Right now, he wants—Siobhan! Out of all of Iskander’s siblings, he is the one who never wants to be tied down or in a long-term relationship. Iskander and Siobhan’s unexpected attraction for each other is so intense, but the chemistry like the one they have can only be denied for so long. Everything about Iskander and Siobhan seemed too good to be true, but none of that mattered until a situation turns Siobhan’s idyllic life upside down. What will Siobhan do now? The road to Iskander and Siobhan’s happiness seems wrought with heartache, secrets, and family drama. The angst is intense. And, despite their differences, their chemistry is intense and off-the-chart HOT!! They push and pull through the whole story. You get a chance to see the progression of their love—theirs was not a quick and easy love story because they had to overcome some issues. There are several twists and turns within the story that will tempt the characters in ways they could have never envisioned. Claudia Burgoa writes dynamic stories about love, forgiveness, and family. Truly You by Claudia Burgoa, book four in her Luna Harbor series, is a heartwarming, emotional, and amazing love story. Siobhan is managing the Wicked Luna Brewery and has agreed to a no strings attached relationship with her new boss. Iskander is emotionally damaged and refuses to open his heart to love and relationships; although he does have the irresistible Cantu’ charm that allowed Siobhan to fall in love with him. Siobhan is an amazing, intelligent woman with an open heart and so much love to offer him. During their three years together, in this no-string relationship, Siobhan has built a wall around her heart to keep it from getting broken when he ends things. Basically, Siobhan is the perfect woman to soften Iskander’s heart. Deep down, Iskander knows there’s no one else that could possibly crack his shell but her. They’ve been together for three years now, still claiming that there is no relationship; they are just friends with benefits. But when things get a bit uncomfortable, Iskander leaves. Right after, Siobhan receives devastating news with no choice but to leave Luna Harbor. With her disappearance, Iskander realizes that he was in fact in love with her all this time. But his words and actions speak louder than words, so getting her to forgive him and take him back will be a challenge. However, he’s determined to prove to her that his love has no limits, and he can’t live without her. That he will loved her wholeheartedly and forever, as she deserves.

Ms. Burgoa wrote a wonderful, sizzling and heartwarming story that should not be missed. She provided a tale with magnetic attraction, sizzling chemistry, enlightening conversations, and supportive secondary characters network, helping Iskander and Siobhan find a forever love. I highly recommend Truly You to other readers.

This is book four in The Luna Harbor Series and it is Iskander and Siobhan's story and omg it is definitely a must read. When Siobhan's boyfriend cheated on her and walked away when they were going to get married it left her upset, angry and unable to move forward so she put everything in to her job as manager of Wicked Luna Brewery and Sports Bar in Luna Harbor after giving up everything including her corporate job for her ex. Iskander is pressured by his father to go to Luna Harbor to help run Wicked Luna Brewery and Sports Bar and to make sure that his siblings go as well as there grandfather is having treatment for cancer and as family always comes first he and his siblings couldn't say no regardless of what was going on in there lives. When Iskander and Siobhan meet the attraction and chemistry between them is instant and strong and when they kiss for the first time sparks explode all around them so they end up having a friend's with benefits arrangement but Iskander makes it known right from the start that it is only temporary as he doesn't do relationships or commitments which seems to be best for both of them and it was working fine until something very bad happens sending everything sideways tearing them and everything apart but is this the end for them or will they some how he able to sort out all there differences, situations and trust each other enough to communicate and put things right so that they can move forward with or without each other only time will tell what the outcome would be for them. This book takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions that had me in tears and I couldn't put it down as it was a real page turner and totally addictive with great characters and a storyline that pulled you in and kept your attention throughout the whole book and I can't wait to read more book's in the future.

I loved the quick introduction to Iskander and Siobhan's forbidden work place romance in the first Luna Harbor novella, Maybe It's You, and couldn't wait for more about these intriguing characters. Iskander is back in Luna Harbor to help his grandfather while he is ill, but can't wait to get back to his life in Manhattan. Siobhan moved to Luna Harbor two years ago to have a simpler life, after a devastating breakup, and is managing the Wicked Luna Brewery. They have a random meeting and have instant chemistry. They agree to a night of clandestine passion with no strings and no names. But neither can forget the fiery connection they felt, and want more with each other, even after discovering that Iskander is her new boss. They have explosive chemistry together, but because they both have heartbreaking pasts, they agree to not develop feelings, and there will be an end date. They spend years as friends with fiery benefits, never noticing they were becoming much more. When something scares Iskander, he leaves Siobhan without looking back. When Siobhan also leaves to help her sister, everyone in town is heartbroken. Iskander finally faces his deep feelings for Siobhan and he will do whatever it takes to win her back. But can she risk her heart again, and trust he won't leave her again?
I was totally invested in these wonderfully fun, and flawed characters, and their story hooked me right from the start. Siobhan is so smart, has a big heart and limitless love. Iskander is a bit lost, a little grumpy, but behind his walls he will do whatever he can to care for and protect those he loves. I loved them together, and their chemistry exploded off the page. I really enjoyed this fun, touching, sweet and steamy romance.

It's back to Luna Harbor, the last place he wants to be, for Iskander Cantu's story. I love returning to this series – those Cantu siblings are always full of surprises!

Iskander though? He's in a class all his own. His middle name may as well be Denial, and the only one he's fooling is himself. No relationship, no emotions and no entanglements, just friends with benefits. Everyone else can see what his heart knows is true but his myopic mind refuses to acknowledge.

Siobhan Walters moved to Luna Harbor after a breakup and works managing the Cantu family's brewery. Things are good in her life until the Cantu siblings are summoned to Luna Harbor Iskander upends her calm, routine life. What started as a fling between strangers turns into benefits between friends. After three years in this holding pattern (yep, THREE years!), Siobhan leaves Luna Harbor without an explanation.

Iskander is a victim of the old “you don’t know what you have until it's gone,” and he'll do anything to find Siobhan and bring her back to Luna Harbor. But Siobhan has more dire priorities as she tries to help her critically ill sister and take care of her niece.

This Cantu brother is my new favorite bless-his-heart hero. You'd think, with all that money, he'd be able to buy a clue. At times I felt a little sorry for him, but my pervading urge was to shake him. But there's one thing about this guy. When he's in, he's fully, one-hundred percent in, and nothing will keep him from his goal. Poor Siobhan didn’t know what to make of his one-eighty, but he sure put in the work to convince her.

Humorous, smexy, and so full of a myriad of emotions, I lost myself as I devoured this story in one sitting, hanging on every word. Heart-wrenching and angsty, but full of euphoric highs and happy sighs, this phenomenal, unexpected read is the perfect thing to start the new year off right. Get your hands on this one and start reading right away. Your blissfully happy romantic heart will be eternally grateful.

I almost set this down - Don't judge till I explain

Truly You opens as what one would believe is a fast-paced lust-driven romance...
Iskander and Siobhan are at full throttle from the moment they cross paths and it works to a degree
I don't know if it was the intensity of their encounters (ice bath is my first thought)
or what an absolute horses backside Iskander was (never fear he eventually redeems himself)
I knew there was more behind the steamy veil and that eventually, I would find myself captivated and lost in a relationship that was not a relationship ;)

And wow I was not disappointed
This had laughter, personal growth, family, friendship angst, smexy moments, and the hardest won HEA.

Iskander was once again being "guilted" into commandeering his siblings and now found himself in Luna Harbor - the last place he wanted to be
But luck was on his side because he found himself a stranger with benefits that matched him perfectly
No questions - No strings - No emotions
Until she was no more

Siobhan was rebounding - Today would have been her wedding day
So when she bumped into the dashing stranger and he offered her a night no stings - YOLO

One night became three years - No strings became a tangled yarn ball and No emotions? Lost in a sea of feelings

Welcome to Luna Harbor 😌
Come - sit for a while - have a cuppa - make some new friends - and take some time out to visit with old ones

This story was very engaging. Siobhan relocated from Chicago to Luna Harbor, where she now works as the manager of a combination brewery-sports bar. The co-owner of the brewery asks his grandson and his other grandkids to come to Luna Harbor to take over management of the family businesses while he undergoes treatment for colon cancer in Seattle. Iskander answers his grandfather’s call for help reluctantly. He has his own business in New York and thinks his time in Luna Harbor will be temporary. When he and Siobhan meet, sparks fly. They agree to have a friends-with-benefits arrangement while Iskander is in Luna Harbor. Neither of them is prepared for a deeper relationship at that time. Siobhan is still recovering from being jilted by her former fiancé. Iskander has a lot of baggage about relationships from his own parents’ divorce, in addition to believing he's going back to New York. This book has wonderful character development, steamy sex and dual points of view as the characters’ relationship grows. This story also has significant supporting characters and some plot twists. Recommended romance book. I received an advance copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Another amazing hit in the Luna Harbor series, but this one totally took my heart! 5 Luna stars for this one!
Siobhan has always felt like she doesn't fit in Luna Harbor. The only reason she gave up everything and moved there was for her fiance', who ended up leaving her behind and moving on. So now on what would have been her wedding day, when she meets a handsome stranger, Iskander, she decides a one day stand is just what the doctor ordered and has the best day of her life. When she goes into work, she runs into him again, and the attraction is so strong, they have one more tryst, to then shortly after find out he's the grandson of the man she works for, oh boy!
These two share an intense attraction, but have rules they are following, just friends with benefits, that's it. Will they be able to keep it that way after a while or will the lines get blurred along the way?
This book was amazing! The storyline pulled me in and held me captive till the very end! Don't miss out on this one, grab it asap!

Siobhan started all over again after a break-up. She moves to Luna Harbor and becomes the manager of a brewery.
Iskander has been called back to Luna Harbor, together with his siblings, to help run the brewery and bar while their grandfather needs treatment. Even though he is not thrilled about going back and leaving his business behind for a while, he knows he needs to do this for his family.
When Siobhan and Iskander meet, there is an immediate attraction, sparks fly. But neither is looking for a relationship. So they agree on friends with benefits (lots of benefits…).
But when Siobhan’s life is about to turn around, will they still be friends with benefits, or will there be something more?

Claudia did it again with this book. I just keep falling for her heroes over and over again.
From the first page of the book, she gets you hooked, fall in love with these characters, feel their fears and try to wipe away their tears when things get hard. This book is an amazing ending to the Luna Harbor series.

Siobhan and Iskander have been in a friends with benefits relationship for 3 years. Time has come for changes to happen for better or worse. These two needed a wake-up call and now everything is happening at once. I'm glad that Iskander finally got his head out of his rear-end and started on making the positive changes he needed to make. Siobhan has to learn to trust that Iskander knows what he trully wants now.

I liked the story and am sad to see this series over, but I know the characters will be making appearances in future books. This story of course had angst and random surprises that appear out of the blue. I think that things progressed nicely and you could see how things were going to go once secrets were revealed and emotions were allowed to be expressed.

I think some things didn't necessarily need to be added to the story, but they helped the story play out to the ending that was needed.

I received an ARC of this book. This is my honest review and opinion of the story.

I am not sure how I feel about this book. This is “standalone” but I feel like you need to read books 1-3 to truly know what is going on. I did not. Which is why I rated it 3.5. The back story of these characters are talked about repeatedly through the book and I’m confused of what is what and who is who. If it’s truly a standalone in a interconnected series, you need to make it as such. Provide more detail so the reader is not lost.

I also feel that the story and writing was rushed. There was no time to develop and again maybe that goes back to not reading the first 3 books.

As for the characters, I enjoyed Siobhan. She is smart, kind, and loves hard. I feel like she is perfect for Iksander. She definitely brought him out of the dark detached hole he buried himself in.

Overall, I didn’t really jive with this book. I don’t know if I would recommend it or not on the merits I didn’t read the first 3 books and the rushed writing style.

Rating: 3.5⭐️
Spice: 2/5
Trope: small town, workplace

This book is a continuation of the Luna Harbor prequel, Maybe it’s You, and gives us more of Iskander and Siobhan’s story. Three years later, they both still cling to the belief that they aren’t in a relationship, even though they have been exclusive the whole time. Something happens and Iskander gets spooked, takes off for New York and leaves Siobhan behind. While he’s gone, Siobhan gets news of her own and has to leave Luna Harbor to deal with it. Through the separation, Iskander finally realizes he loves Siobhan and sets out to prove it to her. It’s always a great moment when the character who holds so staunchly to the belief that he has no feelings, realizes he was wrong all along. He puts his pride aside and sets out to win the woman he loves.

“And it hits me like thunder, striking me all at once and shocking my entire system. I’m in love with Siobhan Walter"

I’m sad this is the end of the Luna Harbor series, but I know we’ll see these characters again, as Claudia has built such a rich world!

Truly You is the 4th book in the Lunar Harbor series. This is Siobhan and Iskander's story and it was a heartfelt tale that took us on quite an emotional roller-coaster ride.
I really loved this series and would have met these two in the previous books. I really didn't know what to expect from them, as they were both complex characters each with their own issues, but I enjoyed seeing how they navigated their friends with benefits arrangement, and when their time was up, it was interesting to see how they dealt with it.
There was more happening in this story than just romance and I was glued to every page. With intense attraction, sizzling chemistry, family situations, and supportive secondary characters, this was a fantastic read and I would highly recommend it to lovers of small town contemporary romance.

I can't get enough of Claudia's books, especially Baker's Creek and Luna Harbor. I loved this book but unfortunately it wasn't my favorite of the Luna Harbor stories. Siobhan is instantly loveable but Iskander as hot as he is wasn't as likeable until later much in the book when he finally realized how badly he hurt Siobhan. And in truthfulness Siobhan couldn’t seem to decide if she was in love or not. And her relationship with Mom, her sister and brother this was rushed over what formed Siobhan's life and her decisions. Iskander of course did finally win me over with his groveling and looking back he tried in the beginning to show his love but couldn't come to terms with it. I felt it was a bit rushed towards the end with her sister and brother, not enough of a closure, I realize there will be a future book coming. It's a good book but not the best of the series.

**Audio Review**
Truly You by Claudia Burgoa was a heartfelt, emotional love story that captivated my heart from start to finish. Each trip back to Luna Harbor is always filled with heartache and love! Siobhan and Iskander's friends-with-benefits-to-lovers romance did not disappoint!

Grace Grant and Gomez Pugh narrated this audiobook, and both did an amazing job with Claudia's words. In Grace's performance, you could feel Siobhan's hesitancies, vulnerabilities, and passion for her sister, and growing love for Iskander. Gomez Pugh is a new to me narrator, and I enjoyed his portrayal of a doubtful, yet determined and loyal Iskander. Both narrators brought the heat with Siobhan and Iskander's undeniable chemistry!

Overall, I enjoyed this book! If you are a fan of an angsty, emotional friends-to-lovers romance then you will love Siobhan and Iskander's story. I always look forward to more from Claudia Burgoa.

Iskander and Siobhan have instant chemistry when he comes home to help his family when his grandfather is ill. Siobhan has been running the brewery for two years, since she ran out on her Wedding after discovering her cheating groom. Both have deep seated trust issues, their parents left deep scars. But they find comfort together in a no commitment friends with benefits that they both enjoy. For three years.

Things change when Iskander has to leave Luna Harbor to go back to his company. Siobhan has a family emergency and also leaves. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Well Iskander sees what everyone has been seeing for the past 3 years. He is in love, but now he has to show Siobhan.

This sweet, angsty romance in the lovely town of Luna Harbor is the perfect read on a cold, nasty day. Just curl up with a blanket and enjoy!

About the only easy thing for Siobhan and Iskander is their insta attraction, unfortunately everything else involves hidden feelings, terrible communication, pasts holding them back and not seeing their worth. I really liked Siobhan and Iskander not only as they are great but you can relate to their feelings and are also as they are perfect for each other. Lordy the times I wanted to shake sense into these two and the fact that everyone and I mean everyone knows they are in love but them is hilarious, of course there is some gut wrenching parts like about Siobhan's sister Anya. Not only do you get Siobhan and Iskander's journey through love but there are glimpses of Nydia and Manelik's story which is in book 1 Finally You.

Truly You brings us back to Luna Harbor with Iskander and Siobhan. Siobhan runs the Wicked Luna Brewery that Iskander’s family owns. Iskander and his siblings are asked to return to Luna Harbor to help run the family businesses. Siobhan and Iskander meet and have amazing chemistry. They quickly decide to have a friends with benefits relationship. They always have fun together and they enjoy their times alone with one another. After a few years of being “friends” Iskander decides to head back home and end their friendship. But when he hears that Siobhan is dealing with some heavy family issues he immediately goes to help her put. He quickly realizes what he feels for her is love. Now he needs to get her to believe him. I absolutely loved this story and all of the characters.
