Honestly, the book was fun and spicy, the plot picked up a little, but there were so many continuity errors from the first book I couldn’t focus.
Lennox literally said in book one that they talked about Birth Control, but then suddenly in book two he didn’t know if she was on it? Also, WHY WOULD YOU RISK THAT??
One second they’re talking about dating and wanting more in book 1 and then we get to book two and they’re suddenly unsure if this is a relationship or just for funsies? I thought that was the conversation at the end of book 1?
Also, she says she didn’t want to call her dad about Lennox getting shot but then in the next paragraph she mentions Lennox coworkers showed up because her dad told them what happened.
I like Lennox’s dirty mouth and that he’s so willing to indulge her fantasies. But I just have such a hard time wrapping my brain around the “plot twist” at the end. 🙄
