Overtime Obsession
I finally land my dream apartment so I can write my next book. There’s just one problem. A tall, muscular hockey player shows up and says the apartment is actually his. I tell him to leave. He tells me to leave. Next thing I know… we’re living together! (And even sleeping together - but that’s a whole other story…)

It wasn’t my fault I tried stabbing Nesh with a knife the first time I met him. After all, he was breaking into my new apartment! Now we have a huge problem. He won’t leave. I sure as heck am not leaving. He thinks just because he’s tall and muscular and mean and insanely good looking ( in that rough, dirty way that I secretly fantasize about ) - and super rich - that I’m going to just leave and go somewhere else. I tell him to buckle up. Because we’re roommates now. In my mind, it plays out really simple. I’ll drive him crazy until he gets mad enough and just leaves. There’s just one thing I don’t account for. The angrier he gets, the hotter he gets. The hotter he gets, the hotter I feel. Maybe I sort of knew all along we’d end up in bed together. Even if that opens the door to a whole other set of problems between us…

Nesh and Penny
Book 4 of the inci warriors. Each one a total gem! I’ve loved them all. Overtime Obsession is Sweet and sexy, Rough and hard, romantic and hopeful. Nesh and Penny both rent the same apartment. Neither one will Leave as they both claim ownership. The attraction is there from the very first moment but both are too stubborn to give in. About the time Nesh, a successful hockey player thinks about leave, he finds out Penny is dating his loser step brother. And he tells himself he’s only staying to protect her. He’s not jealous at all,…. Penny knows the relationship with the step brother is really nothing going nowhere but she’s not about to let a big ,muscular monster of a man tell HER what to do! No matter how sexy he is! Throughout this story they dance around each other and their feelings. Not willing to say what is really happening with them. Until then can’t deny it anymore. I’m totally in love with all these guys! Romans story is next. I can’t wait! Should be very interesting! ❤️

It all started when Penny, an author who writes thrillers for a living, finds a hot, muscled hockey player trying to break into her apartment. Sure he's adamant he owns it and sure he may be stabbed over his claim, but it's an unexpected visitor that throws Nesh for a loop and his protective feelings for Penny that soon follow.
I loved this story and the quick denial of feelings on both their parts while hiding behind the truths in their eyes. Love the team and their quickness to tease each other but also quickly offering their support. FANTASTIC READ!!!

December 6, 2022Have you ever thought, I just need a fresh start, doing this is going, to change everything, for me? That is exactly the thought process, Penny has when she sublets a two -bedroom apartment, that overlooks the ocean. She will now have an extra room, to transform into a writing room.
Her very best friend, Nikki (Nickel) is with her and can’t understand why she is doing this when she had a perfectly good apartment. Nickel feels that she needs to change genres rather than apartments. She too is a romance/erotica writer, and knows sometimes you are meant, to write not forced to write a genre, and thrillers are no longer for, Penny.
It's when they are met with an unexpected intrusion, at the apartment that it, becomes comical. Let's say multiple knives are involved. You see it's apparent that the situation is awkward and more like a misfortunate circumstance of paperwork. The sublet as it appears has been booked twice. With no way to reach the person due to her being completely out of reach. So, Nesh has every right to be there, too.
What's interesting is, Nickle in the middle of all the chaos recognizes who, Nesh is, and his profession. Especially, since he is a player for the Inci Warriors Hockey team. Of course, she would notice being a romance writer, who has an eye for gorgeous, extremely tall, and well-built men. For book covers of course. In between drooling her brain figures out her bestie and hunky man, Nesh are arguing over the other leaving because it's their apartment.
It's not until Penny has an unexpected visitor that Nesh makes his decision he’s not leaving no matter what. For Penny’s safety. He knows the rep of the guy she's with and she can be in danger. I loved Penny’s eccentric Aunt. She is a breath of fresh air. Penny is a strong character and is always ready for a fight. Nesh will be a great dad love him with Isla.

Best of the series
This book is by far my favorite of this series so far.
Nesh, with his protective nature, kind heart and sexy moves was absolutely positively swoon-worthy. Penny was a stubborn yet super fun heroine. Together they were fire.
Like all of the other books in this series I loved the supporting characters. Some we've met in past books, some are new, but all were fabulous.
Roman is such a crazy, eccentric character so I cannot even begin to imagine how his story will unfold in the next book but I am already counting down the days until I get to find out.

Finally, Nesh's story!
When Nesh walked into his new apartment, he wasn't expecting a woman to lung at him with a knife. From that moment on Nesh and Penny didn't realize they could fall in love so soon. Yet they wasted months of fighting over whose apartment it was. I won't spoil it. But its a must read to go with the Inci Warriors Hockey series.

Nesh and Penny thrilling start
Well thrilling is a bit scary when you move in to your new apartment and someone already moved in also but welcomes you with a knife... That's the start to this relationship but roommates or lovers? Will it be that easy? Not for these too. It is a fun read even with their struggles.
