I wish...
I may...I wish I might have a Santino in my life...I loved Santino and Kashmere mz.Kenya has done it again I wished and hope this us not the end for them especially with all the love popping up around them definitely Tomasso needs some love with his over the top self and Merit too...Glad to see the diamond syndicate back...so I know mz.Kenya not going to leave us hanging👏👍😆😀😃😁😄😅😂😉😏😊😎😍😘💓💗💞💘🙋💃🏾😈more!!!!

Conflicted
I feel conflicted when it comes to Gypsy. On one hand I feel like he deserved an explanation and apology from Kash. I think he was in love with her, and being that they were young and a unborn child was involved, it feels like killing him was not the answer. Then what's up with the "Key aka dagger"? Hopefully we'll get some answers for that in one of these books. Then I'm also wondering once the ghost get closure or vengeance rather, will they remain at the lake or move on to the next life? Too many open ended situations with no conclusions.

Amazing
I did not expect to get a sequel but I'm so grateful. I love this couple, surrounding cast and the location. The writing is always fun, engaging, exciting & romantic. As usual your world building is why you stand above the rest. I would love to get a third book of this couple's adventures. I really enjoyed this. I want to move to paradise city. I love the black new Orleans vibe of the city. It feels magical & mystical. Santino having a rapport with the ghosts is hilarious. Diam & Kash relationship is so funny & cute. I know I'm being greedy asking for another book about them but it's a testament to your unique talent. Nobody else is writing books like this & the dirty series. Especially having smart, beautiful & capable black women as the lead.

Ok now! Kenya Wright did it again!!!
After reading Santino part 1 I just KNEW Kenya Wright was gonna bring the receipts with part 2. But I wasn't prepared. Nope. She went above and beyond my expectations. This book was fire! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Don't bother with the fire extinguisher, cause the whole book is lit!
Continuing on from part 1, Santino and Kashmere's are preparing for their wedding. But as usual in Paradise City something's ALWAYS popping off. And Santino is there for it. No spoilers here. I'm gonna just say get your favorite drink, put on some good RnB or whatever you prefer and get ready for one heck of an amazing read. Yassss. The DeLuca Savages are kicking tail, taking names, serving up just desserts and sending condolence cards!

Such an excellent book.
I mean, what more can I say? It was amazing! Some of my favorite characters (m'Man Dima will always be one of my favorites). I adore Kash's story. She is a badass more so than any of the Deluca men. She is smart, fierce, and the title of this book should have seriously been Kashmere Deluca. I've read all the stories in this series, some are better than others but I will always remember Kashmere and Santino. I seriously hope that Dima and Rose get a second book just so that I can see more of Kash.
Ooooorrrrrr maybe they make an appearance in the third installation of the Ruin/Hunt trilogy.

What an interesting and well written story. Thank you for Part 2 of Kash and Santino's story. The unexpected pairing proved to be perfectly matched. Don Lorenzo DeLuca didn't realize what a dynamic duo he was putting together when he sent Santino to Paradise City.
This is such a thoroughly written story, I would suggest going back and rereading Book 1 before starting this one, and take your time with Book 2. There's so much history, tradition, and character background that if you read it too quick, you'll miss something important.

YES!!!! We all KNEW part two was going to be FIRE
BRAVO Santino does not PLAY about his Queen. I guess a certain someone should have listened to their family and not messed with him. But still being that hardheaded kid turned grown man got the best of his bruised ego. Will shed no tears for that one. Loved how the Diamond Syndicate showed up and showed out with the DeLuca clan to handle that problem too. They're ALL my favs now, yeah even Marcelo who got on Kashmere's nerves. Dima stepping up in the big brother role was PRICELESS! Loved this story and highly recommend it.

Wonderfully written 💖
I thought this was an excellent book well-written just fabulous. I enjoy Santino he is truly a DeLuca. Looking for someone to kill from the beginning. Kashmere is a gem they didn't want to give her a chance but she turned out to be the best of them. I love that Santos protected his Kash. I didn't care for the ending but the book was entertaining. It was a pleasure reading this book 🥰

So Good!
Kash and Santino are a perfect match. They need another book when they return to Paradise City. The Diamond Syndicate members are intriguing and Lei and Marcelo stories need to be told. So many great characters in this book. Sex is hot of course. Kenya is always killing people but as with Pavel (Lion & Mouse) I feel sorry with they die even though I know they have to go....Gypsy.

Omgggggg
This book was fire, It was superbly written the story line was epic Kash and Santino and the backstory of the Killer Krows came together superbly. Kenya, kept the heat at 10, with action to match. These DeLuca men are protective, passionate and loyal.. Santino didn't let the folklore of dream lake stop him from Getting to the bottom of The ghost story.. Great seeing Dima and Lei, awesome part 2

I Couldn't Put It Down!!
Author Kenya Wright is an amazing storyteller and she didn't disappoint with this continuation of Santino and Kashmere's story!!
Her attention to detail is exceptional. The scenes are so vivid the reader can feel the vibes. Italy is one my favorite places so it took me back......
Gypsy was CRAZY.....but no spoilers here!!
Get your copy and be prepared for a Rollercoaster ride of crying, laughing, jaw dropping moments.

Brilliant!
Ms Wright did it again with her great character development. I’m so glad she did a continuation of Santino and Kashmere storyline as we see their characters development as people. Their flaws and hurts and vulnerabilities. The scene of Santino crying in the shower because he wasn’t around to save his woman from being hurt was so powerful. This big powerful man cried over his woman! A beautifully written story. I want more of them.

This is a disappointing read. I liked Lei's story I read first. It was the most developed and the characters were all interesting. Then I read Dima's. That was shorter, and I found to be a bit weak but Dima made up for that. I was looking forward to reading about Marcello'S but it seems like his story isn't out yet. So I checked this one that was supposed to be about Kashmere and it's very disappointing.
1st problem : it should be named after her. Or, like Lei's, another title than the male's name. Especially since it focused on her family's story. It makes no sense for this book to be part of the DeLuca's series rather the Diamond Syndicate's one.
2nd problem : Kash is a very weak leading character. It makes no sense for her to be presented as the next leader after Dima. She never showed any true leadership traits. She let herself be walked over by Simon and her Grand, then 5 minutes into meeting the Santino guy, just because he talked back to Simon, and kiss her, she blindly trust him. Never question his motives, until 2/3rd of the book and then, shrug. Even her team is weak. They let that white boy take over her life, without even uttering a little doubt. Rue is supposed to have enough experience, but they never cautioned her. And they are never really developed. Like for instance Lei's aunts or Viktor's Dima, who were really well developed secondary characters. It just feels rushed. Kash acts rashly, shooting people, then all lovey dovey with a guy she'd known for 5 minutes. But all mad with Dima and Marcello. And all guilty with Gypsy, whose story is just bonkers. And not in a fun way. At no point is she shown to act like even a promising good leader. It makes no sense for Dima, of all people, to trust her with leading the Syndicate. Especially with her being married with that De Luca.
3rd. Santoni is just no a well developed character. The lust/love at first sight is always a boring trope. It's a lazy one, that always feels like the author tries to speed up the whole thing. But at least in the previous books, it was a bit better executed. Especially because of the circumstances surrounding the characters. There is no such thing here. Like one minute Santino is : I'll kill her, the next he is declaring undying love and loyalty to her. It doesn't look credible or organic. And him just wanting to shoot everyone doesn't make him look credible either. It makes no sense for the Don to have send him.
So yeah. Am so not sold.

Santino Part 2 is an unexpected, wonderful gift. This book got me up doing my happy dance.
This sequel is cover to cover loaded with action, thrills, intrigue and lots of lovin'. I loved every word in the storyline BUT I'm undecided about Gypsy. Yes, he is guilty but if you isolate his inexcusable behavior towards Kashmere without considering their history, I feel a certain way about his unfortunate outcome. I kinda wish it could have gone differently. It's almost the same feeling I had towards Pavel who is a character in the Lion and the Mouse. I was sympathetic and understood his position and hard choices but also felt that punishment was necessary.
I have so many favorite scenes. Kashmere shopping for her wedding gown, Santino in the shower after Kashmere was attacked, Santino talking to the ghosts, their confessions to each other of their fears, the wedding. I could go on and on and on 'cause there were so may awesome scenes.
There are some open-ended storylines with some of the characters and also the mysterious key-dagger thing that the ghosts lead Santino to. Also, I am wondering if Chanel is alive. I would love to see a book highlighting the characters of Paradise to showcase Lei and Chanel and some of the other personalities.
Overall, this is a great book that I enjoyed. So good that I am hoping for more books that highlight some of the other characters.

They took care of business.
Both Santino and Kashmere would do anything to protect the other one. Even though their relationship and marriage was an arrangement between the Black Crows and the DeLucas, they totally and completely fell for each other. But Kash had a blast from her past that just, would not give up on her. Everywhere she and Santino went, Gypsy would turn up and threaten them, determined to stop the wedding. Well, the Coffin Cheaters cheated death one time too many. With the threat eliminated, even the Ghost of Dream Lake were coming around giving Santino , their blessing. Both Kashmere and Santino had rough childhoods and now they can have their HEA.
I just loved their wedding. That was interesting and the epilogue revealed some new unexpected relationships.

Kashmere and Santino - A True Love Story
OMG what a book. It had me going through every single emotion possible. Loved Santino dominating figure and take no prisoners. I felt sad and angry for what Kashmere went through growing up and into adulthood. I hated Gypsy…he was mean, felt entitled and possessive on Kashmere. SPOILER ALERT: But in the end Kashmere handled him and Santino and the DeLuca’s handled every single male member of his crew and they burnt that mountain down. DISCLAIMER: Be advised that none of Gypsy’s gangs women or children were hurt or killed in this process.

Santino and Kash II
Gypsy is the boyfriend that wants Kash back and he keeps popping all over the place teying to get her back. He underestimated Kash and Santino.
Santino has that quiet aggressine aura going on. When he goes over the edge, he bringing all the heat. I was wondering why they didnt bring Marco in......lol....he would have found tgat valley quick quick.
After Kash is harmed, but saved Santino smoked out her enemies and finished what they started.
At the wedding you get an update on some of the other relatives that fell hard like Nicolo and Brizio. They all gave him advice on loving his wife.....love it.

Her sister Chanel is still missing.. The diamond syndicate is still on the brink of war.. Santino is guarding his fiancée but somethings are beyond your control..Throw in some violence, a attempted kidnapping and murder ,sex, friendship,love and admiration…Great read

Good Start to the bloodline...3.75 🌟
Loved the continuation of Kashmere and Santino's story! Good to see Kash come into her own, becoming a realistic counterpart to Santino who is big stuff...and she is a real boss, up and coming in her own right. The plot twists and additional storyline additions were good, but didn't get wrapped up well enough for me. Surprises that were just left dumped, she doesn't usually do this. I couldn't get the bonus chapters either. Good writing but not signature KW finish. This seemed more like a continuation but it isn't.

Good Time Was Had!
This was a fantastic ending to Wanting and Kashmere story. From the beginning you are just captivated with these two. The story picks up right into the action and doesn't let off the gas.This was just a cool story with so much sizzle and there are moments you are just out loud laughing and moments you are out right cooing because Santino is just so sweet. You are not going to be disappointed with this story!

Ok. Santi!
I love this couple, crew combination and storyline. It gives me all the feels. I wasn’t ready for this book to end. The mix of deep and complex history makes it even more compelling. I can’t wait to see what’s next with this storyline. It’s also one of my favorite in the Savages Bloodline series.

Passion
Kash and Santino were passionate from the beginning about everything family, business and then each other. I appreciate that the story continued to show their happy ever after but a little pain had to rear it's ugly head.
I appreciated all of the DeLuca men sharing in their special day with their women who forever changed their lives.
It's a must read.

Good read. I expected Santino to be a little more rougher or firmer. However, he folded and was very pliable with Kash. I enjoyed reading about Dima as well as the ghosts that lived near the lake. I still have questions regarding what the ghosts truly wanted and why a certain person was the key to the resolution.

This was so good! Nice wrap up to part one. Santino and Kashmere were that couple. They both experienced awful childhoods, which made them relate to one another. Character development was in point. Sex scences were good.....expect the anal one....Chemistry and hotness were on point. I liked seeing Dima again.

Fire
This second installment was soooo good. Kash really came into her own and showed a little a growth. The love she and Santino had for each other was undeniable and evident. I’m itching to know about the dagger and Lei. It was a great book and definitely one of my favorite DeLuca stories!

The best part of the story!
This was really good! These two fit so well together that I would enjoy an update on their story. Especially, since in DIMA’s epilogue there was mention that his daughter married into the Jones family and he telling his grandson a bedtime story about the Killer Crows! I want to see how that tie in was made to Kashmere’s family!

An Awesome Story!!!
I didn't think part 1 could be topped, but I was clearly wrong!!! I absolutely loved everything about this story. Santino and Kashmere proved to an INVISIBLE team!!! Now all I need to know is what is happening with Lei?
