Hilary Lisee, author–coffee lover–writes young adult dystopian/post apocalyptic novels that include destruction, mayhem, and hope. Worlds torn by the devastation of war and infection. Her most recent work, Project Lightning, is available on Amazon. She is currently working on her next novel, Tribulation, which will be available some time is 2023. She is also working on the sequel to Project Lightning, Poseidon Colony, which should be available late 2023 to early 2024. By day, she works as a Special Education Teacher. By night, she writes to her heart’s content. She has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English and a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and English. This book is an absolutely riveting blend of emotion, suspense, and survival. Charlotte’s journey through a world ruled by fear and control is both heartbreaking and inspiring a raw portrayal of courage, love, and the desperate will to protect the people we care about most. The tension is constant, the world building is vivid, and every page pulls you deeper into the mystery behind the Watchers and the truth that could change everything.
