The Club is the 8th book in Jillian Dodd's 'London Prep' series and this one, once again, ended in a wild way! These books always leave me wanting so much more!
I love Mal and Noah together. He is definitely end game. But I also love Mohammad and Harry. This series has been so fun for me. Even though this one didn't cover much of a timeline, there was a good bit going on. I'm looking forward to the next in this series!
I didn’t think I could love a book more then The Choice but oh how I was wrong. This book was FANTASTIC. I love all the characters with my whole heart and I’m devastated that there is only one more book in the series but I’m also so excited to see how everything ends.
I have always been Team Noah and that did not change while reading. I actually love him more now than before.
I can’t wait for the next book after that ending! Like I need it NOW.
But all this to say this was amazing and you NEED to go and read it.
It was like half a book! It was revolving around her parents not liking Noah and the once the story started progressing it ended! Been waiting a long time for this book to come out and am sad there wasn’t more to it
What a cliffhanger ending! Okay. So from start to finish, there was just so many things to love about book 8. I loved seeing Mal and her parents, the dinners with Mohammed and Harry, the talk with Helen, the costume shopping, and of course all the Noah and Mal moments! At first I wasn't sure what to expect for the cliffhanger. Then there was a certain point where I had an inkling of what might happen and it did. I'm not sure what I'm feeling about it though. I've been Team Noah since the start. Don't get me wrong, I did like Mal Harry but there was just something a bit more with Mal and Noah that speaks to my little romantic heart that just made me swoon a bit more. Anyways, I still can't believe the series will be coming to an end series. I know whatever happens, Jillian won't disappoint.

Leave it to Jillian Dodd to leave a giant cliff ending. Found myself rooting for Harry this book? Anyways, I love London Prep and cannot rate any of these books until 4 stars. ⭐️
I’ve been looking forward to this book for a year and once again managed to inhale it in a day. A delicious read as Mohammad would say. I’ll always be a Harry girl but Mal and Noah have been extremely fun in this one.
Ok slightly spoilery territory but Noah in this book was following up on his wild ideas from The Brunch in the last book, this boys mindset is….intense?? Like just when I thought things were calming down he goes and does *THE THING AT THE END*???? I will hope for a Mallory having to take a breather and run off with Harry moment ( I know this won’t happen but a girl can dream)
Anyway another gorge book from Jillian, I’ll be counting down the days until the next 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I love this series. I love all of these characters. Noah and Mallory have to navigate her parents finally coming to London. I think all parents can relate to watching their children grow up and needing to let them find their own way. Mallory and her dad go through a bit of a rough patch as she tries to be independent and consider what she will do when she finishes school. This group of friends care so much about each other. They are such a support group and I enjoyed that most I think. The narration was great and audio is a great choice.
From start to finish, you'll be hooked on the intricate characters and the teen drama. I couldn't put it down and eagerly await the next book, though I'm sad knowing the end is coming soon.
Woah, that ending. Noah's behaviour is a bit too extra. 😅 And speaking of Mallory, I wouldn't wear a dress gifted by my ex, whom I once dated, when attending an event with my new partner (who happens to be best friends with my ex). No matter how beautiful that dress may be. 🤔
Oh my GOSH, I can not believe the amazing ride of Mal and her London crew has actually come to an end. I didn’t think I could love a series more than I did with Keatyn’s, but this series was EVERYTHING. This finale was a perfect bittersweet ending to an all-consuming series. I can’t believe the amount of growth these characters went through throughout this series. They have been through so much together, yet they still have so much to experience. This book shined so brightly; it gave me such warm and fuzzy feelings. Mallory has experienced so much in her short time in London with her crew. New friendships, different types of love, embracing a new life thousands of miles away from the life she grew up with. I loved that this book picked up immediately where the previous one had left us with that nail-biting cliffhanger of Noah asking Mal to marry him. These two have been through a rollercoaster since the day she walked into his house, or as Noah would say, “a storm.” I have loved every single second of their journey together and am sad that it is now over. Although I wish this series would never have to end, I ended it with a warm heart and a big smile on my face. Despite the love triangle angst, this is the comfort read I absolutely needed. The high school drama had me feeling nostalgic and brought me back to my teenage years. Jillian truly has a gift for writing, and creating characters that make you feel welcome and “at home.” I truly hope and wish for a future series of the next generation, as she writes them so so well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
i originally gave this book a 3.5 rating but i was just mad☺️ after some time i've decided to change my rating to a 4⭐️ because i absolutely LOVE this series and was immediately hooked. i also LOVE Jillian Dodds writing, she has a perfect way of writing romance. it's clean, it's fun, and it's... perfect.
BUT
after book 7 i just thought...i guess i don't know what i thought but god was this NOT IT. certainly. was. not.🤦🏽♀️ and i wanted to root for Noah so bad but this one....it didn't do it for me. so aside from...that.
i still really enjoyed this book, it obviously did what was intended...👀....so can we just talk about the time frames in these books???? cus it's always bothered me. they each take place in the span of 3 days at most in 1 book!! i hated that every time i jumped into a new one cus i would immediately think "ummmm are we going to have time to fit in all this things we need to cover?" aaaaaand that's exactly what i'm thinking about for book 9.... it's going to be the last book in the series soooo i'm worried about time lol. i guess all that to say... I. AM. NOT. READY. FOR. IT. TO. ENDDDDDD.😫🥺
Omg. Book 8 is here, and I just love it! Jillian Dodd is my favorite author of all time. I got sucked right back into this story of Mal and Noah, Mohammad, and Harry. I love this friend group. I loved getting to see Mal and Noah finally officially a couple and in love. There were so many sweet, swoon moments between these two; I have butterflies! It is what I've been waiting for. I am so #TeamNoah. It was almost perfect, so there has to be some type of drama, right?
How will everyone react to these two being together and their real feelings for each other? Plus, Mohammad and his feelings for Naomi. Will these two become an official couple ? Plus, what's going on with Harry?
Omg, that cliffhanger ending gave me butterflies and chills, and I am right there for it. But I'm so nervous about what is to come. I just kept screaming, "OMFG,"over and over!
After the ending of the last book, we were all wondering what Mal would do. She likes to get in her head and that could be disastrous for this particular situation. Thankfully with the advice of her mother, I know shocking, and Noah things start moving forward.
Harry is back, Mohammad still loves all the gossip, and Noah is showing us a different side of him that I love. The girls are there with advice. Mal moves into her new house with her parents but her relationship with her dad is rocky and her mom wants to make all these plans with her.
Laughter, whispered words, new clothes, stolen kisses, and serious talks might just lead to the biggest cliffhanger of all in this series. I am so excited for the next one to finish of this amazing series.
Aww that’s not romantic. It’s sad. Ever since Noah confessed his feelings before she “left” I’ve thought his actions were more out of desperation than love. His actions when she returned, and they finally starting “dating”, were also more out of desperation. Oh and a few of his actions showed he had no respect for the relationship she had with his best mate. He’s like a hot nerdy boy who’s insecure and desperate to get the girl.
As far as Mallory, wow. She’s smart enough not to need him. Yet she’s also spoiled. I just don’t see it lasting. They need to slow down. If she doesn’t see that after the end of this book she’s not as smart as I think.
Poor Noah needs patience, confidence and respect for himself, Mallory, and her parents.
I hope the next book they both realize they’re going way too fast.

Okay… I am team Noah since the beginning but can I just say that I am TEAM NOAH? Like for real. I loved this book. I read it way too fast per usual and then next thing I know it’s over.
I love the character progression and I don’t know but this book just makes me so happy.
We have Harry, good ol Mohammad, the girls and Judy the relationships between them all.
I need the Next book now but also… it’s going to be the last one.
Definitely read this series! You will fall in love with it
While I absolutely love Noah and Mal, the cliffhanger in this book had me shaking my head. Noah is rational and level-headed, but he is anything but in this story. Mallory is your typical teenage girl who is just happy spending time with her friends and family, but she seems to want to force growing up in this installment. I know there is only 1 more book in this series, and I am curious to see how she ends this.
I’m stunned. Like I don’t even know… I’m flabbergasted…my flabbers have been gasted. I was not thinking this book would end that way.
I can’t think. I’m all hand movements.
I NEED more friends to read this series and Jillian in general. This was the cliff hanger of all cliff hangers. I don’t know how Jillian does it but each cliff hanger gets better and better with each book.
The London Prep series has been one of my favorites from Jillian Dodd. The way the series makes you feel like you’ve know the characters for years when in the timeframe of the story it’s only weeks. Well done Jillian and Team Noah always. 💖💕
I absolutely flew through reading book 8 in the London Prep series. It was so good to see Mallory and Noah happy and their friend group getting along. But there is a big cliffhanger so I can’t wait for book 9 to come!
I love Noah & Mallory, this book had Gossip Girl written all over it. Reading through this book made my heart happy, but that ending had me saying Whhhhhaaaaat???!!!! We need a book 9! Can't believe how this book ended
I absolutely love the boys and Naomi. Mohammed will always be my favorite. Noah is so sweet too. Idk I just thought this book would have more happening in it. The next one looks intriguing though.
4.5 stars Mallory, Noah, Harry and Mohammad are so fun to follow and The Club was filled with gossipy goodness. Of course author Jillian Dodd teased us with quite the cliffhanger and now I'm super ready for the next book in the series. This has been such a fun series!
WHAT?!? Oh Jillian the ending. It’s so hard to write a review without spoiling. The story from Noah and her Dad was rough at the end of the last book. A lot of high emotions throughout this book. I definitely recommend if you like a good cliffhanger series.
Uhhhhhh It was going so well but then that ending You are 17 slowwww downnn I thought they were going at a normal pace and then that happened But otherwise good But please just finish this series how was this not the last one
Slow. I love Jillian Dodd but I struggled to want to read this. To much little conversation and all the clothing talk really slowed the story. This series could probably be like 4 books if some of the dialog was cut out.
The story plays more for college aged people. I would find it disturbing if high school kids acted this way. In some parts of the world perhaps they do but wow. Don't be in a hurry to grow up.
What happened to Noah’s character? The plot is dragged and then rushed? There’s still talk about a love triangle? A proposal after literally what? Less than a month?? Wow. I wish I could rate less than 1
