From the psychoanalytical to the practical, this is a quick read. It explores the sources of inspiration from your five senses, highlights the value of dream journals, reviews Jungian analytical psychology, confronts your inner critic, explains the neurological processes of Synesthesia, explores the creative zone, and several other motivational creativity topics. If you like books about the creativity process, then this book is for you. Also, the author lists 18 books in the reference section for further reading.
