Would probably never read anything else written by this author again. The book did not live up to the hype, by a long shot… and was quite boring. The people on the shows are by and large a bunch of jerks who were obviously poorly raised, don’t know how to treat people, and spend most of their free time drinking too much alcohol, fighting, arguing, scheming, and manipulating, and, of course, having sex with people they barely know. The vast majority of them seem to have no morals, no integrity, no self-control, no manners, no real knowledge, skills, or abilities in anything that truly matters in life. Two questions: 1) Why was morbidly obese “never stood a chance” “Big Easy” allowed to even attempt to participate in any of this “experiment” called “The Challenge”? And, 2) Why has Johnny “BananaHead” Bananas not been permanently DQ’d for being the biggest jerk in the history of the world? If he’s never invited back to another show maybe I’d consider taking a passing glance at a future episode.
