They thought they had succeeded in protecting Juliana from The Society with the death of Oliver’s father. However, there are other, even more dangerous, players who still want Juliana and her mates. We were left at the end of book one with Tristan, the demon prince, abducting her from Oliver’s house as she is looking for Jacob’s curse. He takes her to Tartus and removes all access to her bonded mates. He wants her to use her powers to bring souls to the demons for procreation and to take the role of the Queen of Tartus by his side. But does he love Juliana or hate her – the witch that pulled him through a mirror so many years before and was his best friend while he was stuck on earth? Is he willing to let her go to be with her mates, or will he hold on to her and keep their friendship from ever recovering?

This book was just as gripping as the first in the trilogy. Watching Tristan wrestle with his true feelings towards Juliana was deliciously painful. Did he hate her, or did he love her more than anything? Was he ever going to admit his feelings, or would he just let her walk away? Their dynamic was completely different from how her relationships with her fated mates were formed.

I loved seeing the growth in the relationships between Juliana and her fated mates. Going beyond what the Fates had forced upon them, they formed true bonds, both with Juliana and between each other. The best part was watching Gage’s wolf lay claim to the entire group as his pack. I cannot wait until he finally claims them all, hopefully in a hot group s3x scene in the next book.

Danger is around every turn, and this book leaves us at a cliffhanger even worse than book one. I need the next book, stat!

Unbreakable was just amazing. There's just something about Tristian that i have liked since we first met him in book one although brief. and now he has kidnapped Julianna wanting her to become his new reaper and The new Queen of Tartus by his side. But she isnt responding. So he kidnaps her mates to be with her because he finds out that she hasn't bonded with one of them, Gage, Alexander, Jacob and Oliver who are in prison btw, he needs her to have because she will have her full powers then. The push and pull between Julianna and Tristian is so amazing i just cant help that i liked him the whole time and not just when he softens. and the energy with her other mates has me fanning myself so hot and sexy. Then we get to the ending why must you throw such devious cliffhangers AJ.

So glad to get back to Juliana and her soulmates' story! After that previous cliffhanger, I was so excited to see more of Tristan now that he had kidnapped Juliana. What I loved most about the time in Tartus was getting to know his character and learn more about his history with Juliana. There wasn't too much mentioned in the first book about them, so I was glad to get a bit more backstop about what really went down, how their friendship developed, and how it eventually fell out, leading to his newfound hatred towards her. But was it really hatred or was he just deeply hurt from her "betrayal"? His emotions in this book were a rollercoaster, going back and forth between lust, love, and anger, but based on the information he had, I could easily see how things got misconstrued causing him to try and seek vengeance even though his heart was still bleeding for his Jules.

Besides the addition of Tristan in the storyline, there were also many incredible plot twists that introduced new villains and their backstories, surprising revelations about Tristan and who he really was, and new discoveries about Juliana and her powers, why Juliana was so important, and who all was responsible for all of the havoc going on. Oliver's father was just a small piece of the corruption in the secret society, and I'm interested to see how high in the secret society the issues go and how far they have spread. Can anyone really be trusted?

I look forward to the next book to see what becomes of Juliana and her guys. The ending of this book was so unexpected that I'm unable to predict what exactly is in store for Juliana at this point. However, if she is as important as everyone is saying, there's no telling what she is about to be put through in order to be controlled.

Unbreakable is the 2nd book in the Brookview Academy series and Boy Oh Boy! I was already a fan with Splintered but AJ Moran just hooked and reeled me in with this one!!! Unbreakable took everything I thought I knew was happening and every prediction I thought I had for what was to come and blew them up. Blew them right up! The spice in this book was next level 🥵. But the mysteries, the reveals the things you learn in this one just kept me turning the page. I stand by what I said in my review of Splintered if you liked the show The Order or The Magicians then you are definitely going to love this series. The same feel but so much naughtier. This book and the series so far is a definite recommend for me. Do your research make sure your comfortable with what your reading. This book is definitely dark, definitely a spicy spicy spicy 🌶 why choose paranormal/supernatural fantasy romance. I can’t wait for the next book in the series to see where this ride goes. Perfect spooky season read. Happy Reading Book Besties 💙😈

What an amazing follow up to Splintered!! The story didn't lag it was one fast paced read that leaves you wanting more.

The story picks up where Splintered left off. Juliana has been kidnapped by Tristan a demon and friend from her past. Alexander, Jacob, Gage, and Oliver are now facing questions into events from the 1st book. They are unable to leave the academy and have no way of reaching Juliana. Sinister forces are still working behind the scenes to achieve their goals of power. New characters are introduced and new villains make their appearance.

This story was everything literally EVERYTHING I could ask for in a sequel. Action, love, second chances, so many 🥵scenes between them, and revelations make this story unforgettable. I can't wait to read the final book in this amazing series!

Can’t get enough of this series!
Not going to give too much away 😊 but..I am going to start off by saying I need a Tristan in my life. The love he has for Juliana is just SO sweet. He made me feel so many emotions. Definitely almost cried over him. 😂

In book 2 a lot of the questions I had from book 1 were answered. We all find out why Juliana is so important to a lot of people. There are more villains that show up trying to get to her. This whole book basically had me at the edge of my seat worrying about her and all of her hot men.

The cliffhanger in this is a doozy! So be ready! If you haven’t started this series you absolutely need to. It is SO worth the read!

Oh boy. What can I say?! This is the second book in the Brookview Academy series. It did not disappoint!

💜 strong, take no prisoners FMC
💜 why choose romance
💜 action and fighting
💜Magic and demons
💜 gods and goddesses
💜 🌶🌶🌶🌶

Juliana, our FMC, is back and stronger than ever and pulling no punches. Her little pack, Gage, Alexander, Oliver, and Jacob, are also back and as strong as ever. When the first book ended on the cliffhanger, Tristan had Juliana in Tartus. She had yet to complete her bond with Oliver.

Through this story, we will meet new characters, find out more about some of the character’s past, and learn more about some of the players behind the scenes causing some of the havoc. Will Tristan forgive Juliana? Will Juliana forgive Tristan? Will the group actually come together and work as a team?

So many of these questions will be answered and then some. AJ Moran did not disappoint with this second book. I couldn’t put it down once I started reading. And much like the first book, this one ends on a cliffhanger. And what a cliffhanger it is! I can’t wait for the next book to come out to see what happens next.

Unbreakable is book 2 is the Brookview Academy series, and while I was unsure if it would be able to hold a candle to book 1, I was quickly mistaken! It’s even better than book 1 (if that’s even possible)
The mates have all found their way as a group of 5! I hate spoilers so I wont give any, but just know, this book also packs a punch! With more secrets revealed, and more discoveries made, you are left on the edge of your seat and holding your breath, in all the best ways! And no worries, Book 2 is just as hott and heavy as book 1 🔥🔥
I was unsure how I felt about Tristin when he first came an was introduced in book 1; an I had a sneaky suspicion what ended up happening, was going to happen from the moment we first met him! I didn’t know how to feel about him, but I love him as an add on to the other 5! He just fits!
Now Beatrix🤬 don’t get me started on her, she was awful suspicious during the trial, I couldn’t quite put my finger on it! I knew she was corrupt ! If she hurts either one of them (I won’t say who, u have to read the book 🙃) I will find a portal and shimmy my way to the basement of that church an k!ll her myself 😭😭😱
This is by far the best academy romance, reverse harem books, I have ever read! If you haven’t read them yet, I don’t know what you are waiting on! I am literally counting down til book 3! Ahhhh I can’t wait!!

Yessss!! So much awesomeness!

This 2nd book started off from book 1 seamlessly! Let me just say, there is SO much action and suspense in this book, it's like a literal rollercoaster ride! The amount of twists and turns will shock you! All of the characters chemistry hits an all time high with some super 🥵🥵 scenes.

The cliffhanger is going to make me suffer till book 3! Can't even wait to see what happens!

This was a bit better than the first book. Here there's a solid connecting plot, rather than a loose connection of sexually tense and/or smutty scenes. There's still a lot of the downsides of the first book, too, though, like bland prose and odd word choices. The author also plays fast and loose with Greek mythology which is something I really don't like.

What a ride, this story has thrown me through the ringer. The guys are all amazing and worthy of Jules. Tristan is just everything I think I’ll always love him. Some pretty big things were revealed in this book and I can’t wait for the next one.

Another one

It's a long book that doesn't have much going on. The last 30% had me bored. Book 1 was intriguing and I really wanted to know more but this one was writing for the sake of it. The characters don't grow, very rinse and repeat.

The cliff hanger was very mehhhhh

There’s so much going on in this story, but in the best kind of way. I can’t wait to see how this all gets wrapped up.
