I thought I had left my failures behind me, until I needed a fake boyfriend for Christmas. Now my past is catching up to me, in the form of three sexy ex-boyfriends who ALL want me back…
As a struggling entrepreneur with nothing to show for it but a failing candle business and a trio of ex-boyfriends, I've always been the black sheep of the family. When my twin sister hijacks our Thanksgiving dinner to announce she's going to be bride-zilla for Christmas, the last thing I'm looking for is a date.
But when my family goads me into bringing a plus-one to the wedding, I'm forced to track down my old flames and beg them to come with me. The only catch? They all still have feelings for me, and they want to be more than just my fake boyfriends.
Adam, the ruggedly handsome mountain man with broad shoulders, makes me feel safe and protected. It would be any women’s fantasy to be caught under the mistletoe with him.
Ian, the ex-Navy SEAL covered in tattoos, makes women swoon wherever he goes. His dark brown eyes make me think of chocolate, and that is exactly what I want to melt all over his body.
Jayden is the classically handsome boy-next-door; his intense eyes read my every move like a book. The way he supports me stokes a fire in my heart that keeps me warm on these cold winter nights....
I can pick any of these men to make my holiday a dream come true. But can I pick just one?
With my business, relationship with my family, and three second chances at romance on the line, it will take a Christmas miracle to make all our dreams come true...
*3.5 Stars* This one was interesting since none of the guys knew each other before the harem formed, which I think is the first time I’ve read a reverse harem that had that. So we got to watch their friendship develop as well as their relationship with Violet. I truthfully would have loved more scenes with just them doing guy stuff together or working together to plan something for Violet/ take care of Violet.
I loved this book by Rebel Bloom! We have Violet, the "screw-up twin" in her family. She goes for Thanksgiving dinner at her parents house and finds out that her "perfect" sister is now engaged and wants to get married by Christmas. To save face with her whole family, Violet lies and says she has a boyfriend and will be bringing him to the wedding. Over the past decade, she has had 3 serious boyfriends and for various reasons, she has run away from them. Jayden, Adam, and Ian all still love her and want to be with her so when she calls on them to help her out, they all come running. Agreeing to see all three of them together so she can decide which one to bring to the wedding is the only solution that Violet can make because she cannot choose one man over the other. Over the course of the month, the men become best friends and don't mind sharing Violet as long as it is just them three. Can Violet get over all the baggage that she carries when it comes to loving another person or allowing them to love her or will she walk away from these men again? The spice is super hot and the HEA is very sweet. I can't wait to read her next book.

Sometimes you just need a book that’s sugary with a hefty dose of spice in it. Don’t get me wrong, I love the spicy scenes but I loved the sweetness more. It’s beautiful to see women gain confidence in themselves and this book had it in spades. Another wonderful book from Rebel Bloom 🩵

When the people who are supposed to love you most in the world hurt you so deeply, the question of what other people could do is a terrifying one.
I freaking loved seeing Adam, Ian and Jayden bond. I loved seeing their friendship grow and their love for Violet. I would have loved to see more scenes with the guys just doing guy stuff, working together, taking care of Violet. I loved that there was sweetness and spice in this book. 4.25 stars.
I didn't enjoy this one as much as others by this author. It was still ok, but a bit shallow on the plot. There really wasn't a storyline other than personal growth. Also, in this one the men are all strangers but just immediately fall into a polygamous situation with no second thoughts. The timeline doesn't make sense. Violet left Jayden 10 years ago, in her small town. Moved away. But somehow had long lasting grand relationships with Ian and Adam both around 5 years ago, but not at the same time, and also in her small town while simultaneously moving all across the USA. it's a small town but the guys don't know each other and Violet's parents don't know what her business is.
Violet's parents are abusive. They engage and encourage lifetime abuse. But apparently being called out on it was all it took to turn them around? The excuse was that Violet was always independent? They didn't neglect her, they actively abused her. This makes no sense to me. Also, I don't like Rose. I get she's got her own junk going on but she is a participant in the way Violet's family treats her. She leaves Violet out of mother/daughter stuff, says mean things to her friends (dress maker) about Violet, tries to hand off tasks for her own wedding that she thinks are beneath her, and finally she overhears her parents verbally abusing and cutting down Violet at her rehearsal dinner and her only thought is that her parents MIGHT not think Anthony is perfect! She didn't step in. She didn't stop them. She didn't even call later and try to say something nice. Even the next day, it's still only about herself. I didn't like her at all. Violet's whole family is trash and somehow is supposed to be forgiven in the end. Nope.

Violet had dated each Jayden, Adam, Ian over the last ten years. Once they all expressed their feelings they had for he, she ran. She ran and was basically became a gypsy moving state to state until she finally came home to a family that always bullied her where she was the butt if all jokes. Some of the things that were said and done to her were about her body wasn’t perfect, her business was going to fail, she never had or keep a boyfriend, or using her to make their life easier. She had a struggling up and coming business. She made penis shaped penises. Jayden went to a friends family for Thanksgiving and guess who was there, Violet. She was as beautiful as she has always been. When she left saying she had a date he followed her as he felt she was lying. Sure enough she was. The had a wonderful night getting drunk and not able to keep their hands to themselves. A few days later she had a booth for her business. Her booth was busier than ever before. When someone said something about how excited she was to see a nude male model. Violet was freaking out because of there was misunderstanding, there was no male model. So she did the only thing she could think of, she texted her three ex boyfriends, Jayden, Ian, and Adam. She wasn’t expecting what happened next. All three showed up to see what she needed. Now that they had her they were not going to let her go. Another great book. Im it was a great book and the violet was beat down and how she responded hit kinda close to home.
Violet is at another awful family dinner when her sister announces she is getting married and its happening on Christmas. Jayden on of her ex's just happens to be her sister's new fiancé's best friend. When her family start in on her she lies about how her business is doing and that she has a boyfriend. When she leaves Jayden follows and catches her on a bad date. They end up drinking together and things heat up between them. When she oversleeps and misses a chance a making some sales, she does another advertisement for a sale. However, the women misunderstand and think that she will be using a live model to do her erotic candles. She quickly texts Jayden, Adam and Ian all of her exes' to see if any of them will help. Adam agrees to help but after the sale they all end up at her place and its the start of things between the four of them. Will they find a way to be together in a new type of relationship? Will she learn to stand up to her family?
This is an amazing story that will have all your emotions rolling around as you read it. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Sigh...I really wanted to like this more than I did. My biggest problem with it was the fantasy fulfillment aspect of it. By which I mean...ok...we have this woman, Violet, who has been so mentally abused by her entire extended family growing up that she feels she has no worth at all. When she dates a man, she feels she has nothing to offer him except sex, so much so that the moment she feels that a man is getting too serious about her, she freaks out and leaves town. But she is actually so wonderful, so fantastic, that she absolutely RUINS that man for any other woman, to such an extent that he resigns himself to lifelong monkhood. He may have tried to date, but eventually gives up, because no other woman ever will live up to this amazing goddess. They even leave their homes as shrines to her wonderfulness, not changing a thing.
Violet, however, has no such problem, moving on to the next man when she comes back to town, so that eventually, she has dated, and dumped, the three hottest, sexiest men in town, one of whom, Jayden, is invited by her future brother-in-law to her family’s Thanksgiving dinner, not knowing they had dated ten years ago. She leaves early after being abused and humiliated by her family and Jayden follows her. They end up spending the night together.
When she finds herself needing a male willing to pose nude for her, instead of just calling on Jayden, in a panic she texts all three of her ex’s and is shocked when they all show up and not Jayden, but Adam agrees to help her out.
Anyway, I’m not going to outline the entire plot, but the three men miss her so much and are still so in love with her that they decide to share her.
I’m also not going to go into how it only takes her parents being told ONCE how abusive they are for them to stop.
The story itself is sweet, and I love the way the men, particularly Ian, stand up for and defend Violet. I mean, who wouldn’t want to be loved the way these guys love her. But the idea that one gorgeous, sexy man, let alone three, would never move on from a woman who cruelly dumped him right after he declared his feelings for her is so outlandish that it takes this into fairytale land for me.
There were some typo's, like using zero's instead of o's in the middle of words twice, and this line, which made me laugh: All thoughts vanished, and I was left with nothing by silence in my head for one of the first times in my life.
And finally, the cover. Ouch. Covers are important to me, and I’ve bought plenty of books just because a beautiful cover caught my eye. This is not one of them. None of the guys on the cover of this book are my idea of gorgeous or sexy. Also, Violet's hair is the wrong color. But eh…if we all liked the same things, the world would be a boring place.

Violet has had her parents and extended family down on her for all of her life. While her twin, Rose, can do no wrong. It has messed them both up in different ways. Violet doesn't feel worthy of love and every time a relationship has gotten close to serious, she has fled the state. Now she is back in her hometown (again). She is still trying to grow her small business at the local farmer's market and online. When she has a big sale to push holiday numbers, everyone expects a live naked male model to show up and many women are excited for the event. Not having meant to do that at all, she calls the three ex's that she bailed on previously. All show up because they truly love her and would do anything for her. One models for her to demonstrate making a penis-shaped candle. In the end all three want her back. That leads to all three seeing her at once. There are some smoking hot scenes in this reverse harem book, but it has a plot as well. Will Violet have to pick between Jayden, Ian and Adam, or will they find a way to all be together?
OMG!!!!! For the record, I have loved all of Rebel Bloom's Reverse Harem books so far but this one absolutely is the best yet and the others were very hard to beat. Between the MFC, Violet, and the MMC's, Jayden, Adam, & Ian, the book was soooooooooo good!!! A second chance reverse harem romance X3! This book made me cry, get all hot & bothered, and laugh my ass off (all multiple times)!!! And I loved how the 3 epilogues tied it all together at the end. Really love how Violet finally stood up for herself to her family and how they finally acted like the family she deserved at the end. So glad that her 3 men were there for her and didn't give up on her once realizing why she left them way she did in the beginning!!! They were all 3 amazing men whom all excepted Violet in all her quirky glory!!!!!!! Makes me wish I had at least a menage if not a RH of my own! Hell one man like that would be amazing!!! LOL!!!!! Can not wait until Rebel Bloom's next books!!!!!
I like books that I call “palette cleansers” which are easy to read, not complex stories, with good spice and a happy ending. They are not meant to be epic stories, just fun escapes. This one definitely fits that bill - cute story, easy enough to understand backstory, events unfold without roller coaster vibes.
While this was cute and fun, I did struggle a little with Violet’s family dynamic. Without spoiling it, I will just say that I cringed too many times at the treatment by her family throughout the book - including at the end after some resolution. And I struggled to understand her initial relationships with each of the guys and why there was not more abandonment rage. I think despite this being a quick, fun read, I still wanted to better understand the connections forged. We see Violet’s growth in this story, so I guess I was left wondering how the sparks ignited with each before and why the longing lasted.
But, I enjoyed the characters and their interactions enough to just gain some fun holiday warmth from the read and move on to the next story!
I really love this book. Such a fun and original concept. It just worked so well together. It was so well thought out. I don’t think I ever read an RH book before where the guys were strangers when coming together with the leading lady.
I feel like this book was more of a love redemption and friendship book. As you per usual with this authors books there weren’t enough sex scenes.
But there was so much humor and just really good writing that it’s still very enjoyable.
I almost love the friendship growth of the men more than their relationship with the leading lady. The three of them ended up having such a beautiful friendship that it was moving.
I do feel bad how much time with the leading lady the men lost due to her leaving them. But that’s just life I guess. Now they have the rest of their lives to live together.
I also really love the two dogs such great personalities.
I am a jelly bean for Christmas this year, to be the lucky lady in that yummy, loving Quad!
This was a juicy reverse harem with a well written story line, I loved the men in this story how there was no animosity held against our beautiful leading lady! They were just there for her no matter what, time or distance they showed up! That’s what real world men should aspire to be (oh if that were true)!
Very well written, I recommend every reverse harem lover read this for some holiday cheer! I am pretty sure I smiled nearly the entire book through, even the emotional roller coaster that the poor girl was on, she could fall back on her loving men and she knew it. Her doubt in herself was always demolished when she thought of how much they loved her and that’s what I loved most about this book!
This was an awesome holiday romance and such a fun read! Vi has family drama to the nth degree and some issues from that. She's had three wonderful boyfriends but moved on because of those issues. Well, when she is desperate for male help, she reaches out to all three, with her fingers crossed for one response...and instead gets three ;P This starts a wild reading ride of emotions, truth, self-confidence, laugh out loud moments to the point of tears and a smoking hot romance. I loved every page in this book - it was a one-sit read for me as I inhaled it as fast as I could. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed this book but it's definitely on my re-read list now :D
Not a lot of character development for the men, but oddly I didn’t really feel like I missed out. Though there were definitely some funny moments from the men, I didn’t always feel the chemistry. This book was definitely insta lust and maybe pushed along too quick too bond with the characters since they each already had a backstory relationship with the FMC.
Also there was one continuity error in which one of the men uses the wrong nickname for her. In his internal POV, he uses the nickname “little rabbit” instead of “Angel.”
I did however enjoy the DVP scene, which not many RH books have so I tacked on another star JUST for that.
Hands down one of my favorite holiday reverse harem books! It had the holiday spirit, it had great smut, and three supportive boyfriends that are perfect in every way. I absolutely loved how Vi finally stood up to her parents and stopped letting them effect her worth. How she learned to love herself with the help of her boyfriends. The friendship the 3 men make is just amazing! It’s so sweet and pure just like their love for Vi. It was a funny book with the perfect amount of smut! It was such a good cleanser type of book. Just like a fresh cup of hot cocoa!
I THINK THIS IS MY FAVOURITE BOOK FROM REBEL BLOOM 😩😩 THE SECOND CHANCES TROPE OH MY GOD, I GOT A LUMP IN THROAT WHILE READING AS TO WHY SHE DID WHAT SHE DID. Man, the three lads are all so gentle to her even after everything😩 Oh my god the guys are so perfect, sweet , supportive, attentive, caring , so goddamn loving to her, like they literally worships her. The three type of guy, the grumpy one ( Ian ), the giant but a sunshine one ( adam ), the literal sunshine and jester one ( Jayden ), idk thats how i pinpoint them. OH AND MY LOVELY SWEET FIERCE BEAUTIFUL VIOLET !!! Such a brilliant woman 😩❤️
Would have been better with some chapters where we read more about the guys been guys with each other and such cause they were just hilarious, it was awesome! The fact that those three guys weren’t a team in the first place and just got together thanks to her, was really refreshing, usually in reverse harems they’re always related or already are in the group sex life to begin with. Also, once or twice they had sex but we didn’t have those scene in writing which would have been great to read too!
So great read, recommend to anyone whose into reverse harem and second chance books!
I love a good Christmas romance, but this one ended up being just okay for me. The characters were nice, and being exes helped explain some of the insta-connection between them. The premise itself was cute and had potential.
But the development just wasn’t there. The story felt a bit surface-level, and I kept wishing for more depth—especially in the emotional build-up. And the FMC… she felt a bit immature for her age. I struggled to picture her as the grown woman she was supposed to be, which pulled me out of the story a few times.
Overall, a sweet holiday read, but not one that fully delivered on what it could have been.
Violet (h) shows up to her family’s Thanksgiving dinner where her perfect twin sister announces she’s getting married on Christmas and Violet finds herself lying about having a boyfriend of her own to bring as a date. She turns to the only three men she can think of for help, her exes, Adam (H), Ian (H), and Jayden (H). Even though she was the one who left them all behind, they’re more than willing to step back into Violet’s life. There are so many laughs – from dogs to candles to crazy relatives and more. Ultra-hot and steamy RH action with three men and the woman they all love.
From a very early age Violet was always bullied within the family. She was the twin that her parents had everything negative to say about. When her sister the perfect twin announced her engagement chaos erupted and set into place the turning point to Violet life. With the help of Adam, Ian and Jayden, Violet got up the nerve to take on her dysfunctional family and get a hold of her life. This intriguing story kept me glued to the pages from start to finish!

Violet’s guys are all amazing. Sweet, loving, and all in on her. Violet’s family was awful. Awful. And Violet herself was a mess. Understandably. The story was adorable, the candle making a fun twist. Parts felt rushed, and i would have loved more time with the group during their month of dating before the wedding. The multipart epilogue was cute.
Bloom does a good job balancing sweet and heat and those are things I love in my books. She’s an instant add to my TBR when she releases anything new.

In this book we meet Violet, Jayden, Ian, & Adam. When this book opens we find that at Thanksgiving dinner Violet seems to be the butt of the family jokes (they aren't the funny ones). If that wouldn't be bad enough her ex Jayden is sitting across from her. Little did she know that not only would she meet up with 1 ex but all three. Can they all find a HEA or will this be something else entirely?
Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
This book is a book I got by accident and I though I wouldn't like it but keep reading any way. Vi the HEA of the book is a woman who run away from men when they fall in love with her, only be corned by he bullying family to find a man for her twin sisters wedding. one thing lead to another and in comes three of her exes Adam,Ian and Jayden, these men helped her to get stronger and to fight for what she want and to standup for herself ..... It made me cry, laugh and get mad loved it this book is a must read.
This was a cute read. A second chance live story between a woman who has been put down by her family all her life and three men who adored her but who she was terrified to live back.
It was nice to see her grow and blossom under their caring and support and to see them defend her to her horrible family (I wish there had been way more of a comeuppance for them)
To be honest the climatic scene was silly and beneath the book, but the rest of the story was well written and I enjoyed it very much.
Will Violet be getting 3 extra special gifts this Christmas?
I reckon the author has knocked it out of the park with this romantic comedy. Definitely a 5 star read. The dynamic created between Violet, Jayden, Adam & Ian is what captures my attention from that very first line & carried me through until I had finished reading. I highly recommend reading this story as it will make you laugh & cry.

My face was aching from smiling so hard. I finished this book in a day. There are several laugh out loud scenes in this book. Every time I busted out laughing I had to remind myself that it was late at night and the rest of my house was sleeping. I’d definitely recommend this book, along with every other Rebel Bloom book. Thank you for writing so many heartfelt and lighthearted why choose books. Can’t wait for the next one! Well done.
I liked this far more than expected. Often RH books tend towards the all sex with rich guys. Here we have 3 "normal" dudes who are genuinely likable. They're all different and smoking hot. They complement Violet perfectly and are amazingly forgiving and patient with her issues. So often the woman's issues tend to be a little annoying to me, but I found Violet utterly endearing. Her issues made sense AND I had complete respect for how resolutions came about.
Absolutely love this. I had to go into another room because I woke up the hubs laughing. Not going to lie, some time I wanted to reach through and shake the ever loving crap put of some characters, but things work out. Will except Sue. I still want to reach though and shake her. BTW if anyone knows the thought behind "Throat punching a Donkey" is please let me know 😁😁😁
