Overall, it was more about how the program came into being and the administrative sides of running it than any practical advice. All the rest of the knowledge was pretty common sense, in my opinion. Everyone has an identity as an artist, there will be tensions between the teachers and coaches (and that some of it will actually be good tension), etc. Perhaps a good introduction to arts integration program implementation, and some knowledge as to reasons why to implement them, but otherwise not very helpful if already in the field.
