Hailing from Burleson, Texas and growing up in the country with big tractors and bon fire parties, I would day dream about far off lands, hoping to one day get inside their worlds.

Always having a love of books and paranormal stories, I finally took the leap to begin writing with encouragement from my husband. Having worked in IT my entire career and finding my way to Central Florida, I spend free time writing new stories, putting together puzzles with my daughter or reading her children's stories.

Alexia had big hopes for her choosing ceremony. Aubin swept her off her feet and promised so many things. The reality of what he offered was a cage.
Now free, Alexia has the chance to try to find her vampire prince charmings again. Can she trust her instincts to not be blinded again?

Paris has a similar note to book 1 in how they are trying to build a relationship between them and her. These guys are the exact opposite of what Alexia has escaped. They offer her time to become comfortable. I loved how she turned the tables on them as they begin to explore together.

They males were all different and brought different dynamics to their relationships with Alexia. They each have their own moments alone with Alexia, but when they were together, it seemed like they blended together. At times I found myself having to back step when all 4 were together to make sure I had the right character in my mind.

An entertaining ride and I am looking forward to book 3.

Wow! This book was amazing. I could not put it down. It is a real page turner. Great flow and easy to read from page one to the end.
Alexia is a blood demon and she was selected to be the concubine to four men. Not just any vampire men but the leaders of Paris covenant. How she got to be there you'll have to read to find out, very intense.
The leaders are Jean-Paul, Marcus, Pierre, and Stephen. Each are unique and powerful vampires. The emotional side was out of this world. It pulls you in from the beginning. The devotion, patience and love they have for her is amazing. Will she finally find true love? They all took turns one on one to get to know each other. I absolutely love the bantering between them all. Especially Marcus calling Alexia brat. You've got to read this book!!.

Another Engaging Story in this series that I couldn't put down till the end. This story is about Alexia Daucourt and her experiences. Alexia a blood demon/concubine is treated cruelly by her bonded vampire, Aubin Leclair and escapes him and runs to the Covenant. There she demands to end her contract in front of the Paris Covenant Vampire Council and wins her trial. Days later Alexia gets a letter that finalizes her contract and now she has a decision to make, become a concubine again or be a blood donor for the rest of her life. Choosing to be a concubine, Alexia is chosen by Pierre, Jean-Paul, Marcus and Stephen the leaders of Paris Covenant. Will Alexia be able to trust them after her ordeal with Aubin? Engaging story with likable characters in a well written story that I received a copy and that I volunteer to review.

Alexia's triumph in finally being free of her abusive Vampire was euphoric. The binds he held her with both physically and emotionally were finally over. It made her very wary when she was paired up with not only 1 Vampire, but 4 gorgeous spectacular Vampires. They were the leaders of the Paris Covenant.

They were all aware of the terror she experienced and they stepped very carefully with her and did not rush her. Alexia was not accustomed to being treated with respect and appreciation. When she accepted that they really did care for her, the rewards were amazing, especially when they all were together with each other. It was mind blowing and magical. Another superior story in this series.

This was my favorite

I could relate with Alexia for so many reasons and I love how Julie wrote about her cutting. Anxiety as a child was part of my life. There were various reasons for this but I used cutting as a coping mechanism. I absolutely loved that Julie used this type of story to address the issue. I absolutely loved each of these stories because they were mostly about situations we all face . I also love a hot romance with my favorite supernaturals... Vampires! I am hoping her best friend is the human blood demon in the next book! I'm really hoping it is available soon! These stories are beautifully written and I can't wait for the next! Loved the BDSM scenes💥💥💥! Hot as hell!

This story is just wow!! Alexia is a blood demon who is in an unfortunate situation and manages to break free from her captor. She attempts a pairing again and this time gets four vampires as suitors and not just any four…. The leaders of the coven in Paris. Each vampire provides Alexia with more than she can ever have hoped for but can she let go and risk her heart after her first foray as a blood demon.
I swear this is one of Julie’s best works yet and I have enjoyed everything Julie has written but if I could I’d give it more that 5 stars!!.

So Intense! I was crying and I never cry! I yelled, cheered, and held my breath while reading this book. It had me panting and definitely raised my heart rate & blood pressure, all in a good way of course. LOVED IT! A heroine with a painful past meets the leaders of the European Vampires who help her heal using the most delightful seduction that will set your soul on fire. This book grabs you on page one and never lets you go.
A must read for all paranormal romance book lovers!.

I thought it was great. There are some painfully dark moments, but the way she gets through it all is impressive. The middle of the book kind of feels like as she grows, the tale is coming to an end and the bad guy is gone with no fuss. All of a sudden, he's not gone and the rug is swiftly pulled from under Alexia's feet, but her four are there to not only save her, but get some much deserved revenge. I thoroughly enjoyed the tale. I'm crossing my fingers that we'll be in Sydney next.

The book is incredibly well-written. The plot flows smoothly and quickly and the characters are remarkably crafted. Alexia, a blood demon, was treated terribly by the vampire to whom she was bonded. She manages to escape and makes a good case for their bond to be broken. When she looks for another bonded she ends up with not one but four, the leaders of the Paris coven no less. I found the book intriguing and couldn't put it down.

wow oh wow wow!!! Julie Morgan knocked this book out of the park! I felt this book in my soul and related to the main character so much! This might actually be my all time favorite book of hers. It's raw, and it takes you on one of the wildest emotional roller coasters I've been on but you can not help but love this book and all the characters in it. Alexis goes through so much pain and suffering and struggles to trust anyone, so when the leaders decide they want her to be theirs she struggles but my oh my this is one steamy and amazing book.

Get out the Fan
Alexa is dealing with PTSD, anxiety, and so much more when she meets the perfect men. The story is beautifully written. We have four Prince Charmings and each is do perfect. While Alexia is trying to learn to trust they give her space. It's a wonderful tempo! When things get hot, get the fans out! Love & action and spicy rule this book.

A roller coaster of emotions. Wish there had been more background on the world. Despite the apparent happiness of the MCs, I was left feeling like the vampire-blood demon "relationship" was basically an indentured servant situation since blood demons are forced to either select specific vampire(s) to pair off with or be a general vampire blood donor.

This is the second book in The Blood Chronicles series and it is a fantastic read. Ms. Morgan is a master storyteller as she weaves this paranormal tale of Alexia a woman who rose from an untenable situation to find her strength and power…and four devilishly breathtaking vampires. Filled with drama, witty banter, twists and turns, and wonderful characters this is an amazing adventure that you want to add to your collection.

This second book of the Blood Chronicles really puts you through the wringer with emotions. This is a beautiful story that really pulls you in. I loved the banter between Alexia and her men/vampires and all of the difference dynamics between them. This an amazing continuation of the series and I very much look forward to the next book.

this was a great sequel in the blood chronicles series, it had what I was looking for based on the first book. The characters were what I was looking for and I enjoyed the concept overall. I enjoyed how good Julie Morgan's writing has grown. I can't wait to read more from Ms. Morgan.

I really enjoyed this one. I like the idea of blood demons and vampires, and the gradual emancipation from the role of slave for the blood demons. A steamy RH with a touch of previous abuse making progress difficult in the new relationship. Good fun.
