Willow I would rather die at the hands of the aliens who land in my cornfield than suffer another day in this post-apocalyptic wasteland.
When the eight-foot wall of purple muscle drags me into my house and marks me as his mate, I discover he’s offering me something better than death, the opportunity to be his omega.
Should I take his offer or jump into the alien dating pool feet first to find a better match?
Strykr As agreed upon many years ago, when Earth called for help, Thro answered.
While it was a tragedy for the people of Earth, the devastating virus that prompted their distress call could not have come too soon.
The Throkyn nearly extinct, we gathered what was left of our pack and traveled across space and time to the only planet we knew housed compatible omegas to save our kind.
I never dreamed I’d find my omega the moment we arrived.
Willow does not know what it means to be the pack leader’s omega. After all, she only learned of alien life a moment ago.
There is fear in her eyes but also an abundance of love in her heart.
I can only hope she will set aside her fear and allow our hearts and souls to become one.
Claimed is a short story (5500 words) and a prequel to the Knot My Earth series. Intended for adult readers. Implied HEA. This couple will appear in future books.
Anastasia Austin writes new adult and adult romance with plenty of heat. Things you should know: She's a mess without her morning coffee. She treats her cats like people (all animals, really.) She's overly reliant on gifs to express her emotions. She loves her husband, even though he's a total troll and their teenage son, even though he can't tell a joke to save his life.
Great start to the series. This book only covers the first few hours of their encounter. Can’t wait for the next series of books to come out. She really knows how to tell a story you can get lost in.
This is a prequel novella I got from a stuff your e-reader event. It is alien but also omegaverse. Willow lives way out in the country and sees the spaceships descend in her backyard. She meets Strykr who immediately scents her and claims that he is her alpha. She's really confused because she doesn't know what that means. My favorite sentence in this story is when he says human males are not alphas. So on the entirety of the earth there are omega females but they've never experienced any omega activation because none of the males are alphas. Willow and Strykr have an instantaneous connection, she wants him to bite her right away, she's just learning her designation for the first time but the feelings are overwhelming. Pluss she’s ready to be rescued, the earth is kind of post apocalyptic after a virus that wiped out most people.
