not good
Can’t recommend. This is a nasty book with a nasty MC that is psychotic. A murderer and self deluded monster that the author tries to make sound good and interesting. He’s neither. He is just nasty, and makes me wonder about the authors state of mind.

A bad man who does bad things, but a good story
Mr Porter writes a story where the main character is an irredeemably bad man, but does so in such a way that the reader can sympathize with him, and even cheer on his victories.
No mean feat.
Five stars from me.

A lot of fun!
I wasn’t sure about the MC at first but I kept reading and wasn’t disappointed, it was highly entertaining, go for it

Finally a good guy wins? This book started out very slowly and ends with a bang. Hopefully we will hear more of Simon's adventures later!

Dissapointing, derivative, mess. The protagonist is extremely unlikable, the plot doesn't make sense, the setting is generic.
