I really thought this book was going to be better. The writing was pretty childish. Not a fan

Nick has been in the band for years, none of them know the secret he’s kept, because he didn’t want anyone to know that side of him.
Angela had been sheltered all her life being a mafia princess, while with her mother she just wants to meet Nick from the band she follows. It doesn’t go well, then Angela decides to sneak out to be with Nick, only for her father’s guards to come get her.
Seeing Angela being taken Nick’s heart was breaking, but he knew there was something more about it and he knew the only help that he could get was the family he turned his back on.
Learning who Angela was Nick knows the only one that can help him is his family, his family that he hasn’t spoken to in years. Nick knows that the connection he has with Angela could start a war.
Angela is who Nick wants but is he prepared for the secrets and fallout that comes with it.

Nick was a band member of the Muse of Darkness. He had been with the band for years and the guys were his family. He kept a secret from the band that his family was part of the Irish mafia. The secret was about to come out when Nick fell in love with Angela. Angela’s mother and father were some of the worst parents. To top it all, her father was part of the Italian mafia and they had bad blood with Nick’s family. The two had a long road with so many obstacles to be together. It was interesting seeing how Nick handled his family after years of not having anything to do with them. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

This is the fourth and final book in the Muse of Darkness series and this steamy addition is Nick and Angela's story. When Nick meets Angela he falls for her instantly but he has kept a secret for years and when it comes out things take some crazy turns. These two go through a lot to get their happily ever after but in the end it was worth it. This is a well written rock/mafia romance with well developed characters, danger, suspense, steam, and a perfect ending. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

I enjoyed Nick & Angela’s book. Nick Tennant, the affable guitar hero of Muse of Darkness, has severed ties with his mobster family a lifetime ago. When he meets dazzling Angela, he knows she’s the only woman he wants by his side for the rest of his life. Too bad her father’s goons want to make sure that’s a very short time. This was an intriguing story. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

Really! A 29 year old, dominate man, see a young woman (across the room) and falls for her. Just like that! She kisses him, very inexperienced, and he can’t stop thinking of her. This is after her mother drags her out of the venue. You want someone to take this story as believable?
