Abbs Valley #4

All I Have: Part Two

Rate this book
In this life, you were taught vulnerability would get you killed. Distractions led to mistakes, and mistakes led to your death. What happened when the one that made you vulnerable was also the distraction?

Evie captivated us all from the beginning. All it took was one look from those big brown eyes, and we laid down everything to protect her--including our lives.

We finally got the family we wanted, then Evie discovered our secret. A secret she wanted no part of. If I learned anything from my brother, Luca, it was to fight like hell for the ones you love.

The question was if we were going to be alive to fight for Evie.

**All I Have Part Two is the second part of a duet. It's a reverse harem/polyamorous romance intended for mature readers only. The FMC doesn't choose between love interests and there is male/male relationships/content. Great

I liked this duology and the people within the poly relationship however, aside from one or two pairings within this , I actually didn’t believe the “I love you’s”

Did I believe they had emotional connections? For some I actually did but as a whole, and topping it off with that less than ideal ending as well as the last minute addition to the family and I had to dock one star.

For what it was as a spicy book, it gets 5/5 stars but for what it tried to do in the end, it didn’t really land well for me hence my rating. I Enjoyed myself overall though! Give it a try if you’re in the mood for something similar.

Second part of “All I Have,” the story of Evie and her five guys: Micah, Evander, Mateo, Hartley, and Gray.

Even though the bad guys are already dead, many plots are still unraveling. New story arcs have opened involving Ghost, Caden, Alexey, Dmitri, and especially Bridget. We’re also introduced to the Saviors (my favorite duet).

Ames has a talent for bringing new characters into the story in a way that makes you want to know more. And more.

There are plenty of MM scenes.

🎧 Audiobook Note: I wish the author has went with the male narrator from Riches to Riches - he had a way of playing each guy distinctly, so you always knew which POV the chapter was (especially since the audiobook chapters aren’t label with the character who’s POV it is). I was constantly referencing my Kindle version to try and remember whose chapter it was. 🫤

All I Have part two picks up right where one stopped. There was so much healing in this book for the FMC, Evie, that you really started to see her blossom and grow into her character. She started to step up and learn what she could of their Mafia life and ask questions. We have more than one story going on this time as well. Which just made it better and got Evie to help and see more of her guys' lives. We hardly ever see her talk down on herself anymore, which is such a HUGE improvement from part one! The spice.. TOP NOTCH. If you want smut, Ames Mills is your gal for it. PHEWW! Every relationship grew in this book... It made my heart so incredibly happy. The ending had me all teary-eyed. It was a perfect ending! I can't wait to dive into the Terror Twin story! Check your TW before reading!

Okay. I can't deny that I'm weirdly addicted to these books. I have to read them all the way through to find out what happens and the little teaser she gives you for the next book has me wanting to read that too. But I honestly get mad at the writing style. It really doesn't do it for me. It's cringey and there are a lot of typos (wrong there/their/they're and wrong to/too). It's not really dark it's too over the top, more farcical than actually dark. But I can't stop myself. Off to read the next one...

Okay, this book was definitely better than the first one plot wise. I do feel like the chemistry was a little better. But I do still feel like Evie is pointless 🥴 I liked the guys relationship with each other more than the one they have with her. Of all the guys, I think Micah is definitely my favorite. And I adore him and Van together. Also, Hart! I do still think riches to riches was superior.

I received an early copy as an arc and this is my completely honest review.
I just want to start off by saying I don’t often review books but I asked to be apart of the arc team for Ames mills. The reason being, I’m obsessed with the way she writes and the way she brings out the most perfect relationship dynamics in her books. She quickly one of my top 5 favourite authors when I read riches to riches(if you haven’t read that diet I encourage you to do so 🌶️🌶️😍)

All I have part two is the second and final book in the in the duet and it follows on with Evie and her men.
I loved watching their relationship grow and her insecurities disappear because of the love they show her. Ames writes honest to god some of the best group and mm scenes and I’m in love, either make sure your partner is around or you have a battery operated lil buddy 🥵🥵😂

I’m happy that we finally got to see how they overcame certain things in their relationship and finally received some answers 😍 I’m said that it’s just a duet tbh.

The one thing I hated though..
We now have to WAIT for ghosts story which I’m so excited for 😍😍

Plot: 5⭐️

Please read both of Ames duets if you haven’t already!!

Here we are at the climax of the conflict that was hinted at throughout book one and finally explained and resolved in book two.

Stayed on par with hotness and plot! There weren’t any lulls that left me waiting for more sooner. It was evenly paced for a downright smutty polyamorous book!

Go read this series! I’m salivating for the final book to drop!

I'm glad I didn't give up entirely on the series cause I ate this book up in one day 😂

Don't get me wrong, I still hate Evie with a passion but the book was really entretaining so they definitely redeemed themselves with this one.

The spicy scenes were too many tbh and I skimmed through some. Even though they were HOT it was nothing new compared to the last 3 books.

Also, It could've been one book, Again. Nothing bad or super exciting happened so it felt more like a super long Epilogue.

I'm so excited to see more of Bridget, Alexey, Dmitri, Banger, Ghost and Caden on the next one 🫶🏽🥵

I AM OBSESSED WITH EVANDER PEREZ. HOLY SHIT.

What an ending to that families story. I didn’t know how they were all going to come together but they did in the end. I hope we can find more out involving Axel in later stories, because it is super interesting. I love that Evie was able to not only have a kid to care for but help a child who neeeed it. I was afraid there would be a ‘hail Mary’ situation like she ends up actually getting pregnant bc ‘the right people made it happen’ or something. This situation is more realistic.

This duet pulled me in with claws and teeth. Book One sets the stage with trauma, mafia families, and a runaway FMC who’s just trying to survive—Evie. She’s plus-size, insecure, and scarred from an abusive ex, but when she collides with Mateo & Micha at Les’s wedding, her world changes forever. What starts as protection becomes seduction, and soon she’s entangled not just with Mateo but with Gray (haunted ex-soldier, turned killer for hire), Micha (Italian mafia heir), Evander (his brother), and Hartley (childhood friend and former cop).

Book One ends in chaos: Evie’s ex and his gang attack, nearly killing Mateo, and in fear she runs—back to her dying mother, away from the truth that her men are mafia. It feels cowardly, but it’s raw, and it sets up Book Two perfectly.

Book Two is about return, reconciliation, and growth. Evie slowly claims her place again, not as a victim but as a woman finding confidence and a dream. Her men support her, love her, push her forward. Micha builds her a home with a dream library. The polyamory here is unapologetic and all-encompassing—the men share her, but also share moments with each other. Hartley especially surprised me, going from stand-offish in Book One to fully embracing the intimacy of the group. (Yes, there’s a pierced c0ck involved. Yes, it’s exactly as wild as you’d hope.)

What I loved most: Evie’s evolution. She starts small, insecure, afraid—but she ends building a future, standing shoulder to shoulder with five powerful men who adore her. She’s messy, imperfect, sometimes cowardly, but real.

This duet gave me mafia grit, poly chaos, found family, and a heroine who earned her crown.

i absolutely loved this duet! these guys and Evie were one of the strongest family units within a RH that i've ever read, not only did they all adore and love her completely, but deeply cared and loved eachother too.

the second book centres around the continuous building of the relationships/bonds and seeing everyone help eachother out, like Les and the guys (seeing the others = emotional 👍) but the way all relationships in this harem were written were sooo beautiful!! Micah and Evander have gotten through so much together already and continue to with their strong love, Mateo and Gray 💚 but Hart 😭 from the first book in this duet to this one, his development and inner healing is incredible, and how the guys take him in slowly but permanently is 🫶 *and everyone fancying him LOL!* but in all seriousness, the relationships he made with them all, especially Micah and Van was 💜✨🫶 THE ACCEPTANCE and love 😭 utterly beautiful "Hart's special." 😘🙌

'Things are twisting and growing between us all. Pulling us together as one.'

now Evie, she grew so much this book! she was honestly just a normal girl who got tangled with the wrong person in the past, she also has a personality that shines a little later than usual - nothing wrong with that when you have 5 guys having brilliant personalities to open hers up more 🤷‍♀️ she is funny, caring and loving.

'She brought me peace, and she brought me a family.'

at the start i had no idea how this was gonna go, nor who would end up with eachother or how it would even work tbh, they all hadn't even met until 10% in the first book of the duet, but it's been the most enjoyable read yet this year and i love this family unit so much!! micah, van, mateo, hart, gray and evie have stole my heart!
check content warnings!

'I love them both. I love all of them so much it fucking hurts sometimes. But I would never change it. This is it for me.'

“All I Have: Part Two” by Ames Mills delivers a powerful and emotional conclusion to this unforgettable mafia romance duet. The second installment takes the tension, drama, and love introduced in the first book and turns it up to eleven, providing readers with a gripping narrative that explores themes of vulnerability, loyalty, and the lengths we go to protect the ones we love. With a male protagonist at the helm, this story offers a fresh perspective on reverse harem romance, making it a must-read for fans of the genre.

A Male Protagonist with Depth and Heart

At the core of the story is the protagonist, who navigates the complex world of the Italian Mafia while wrestling with his deepest vulnerabilities. Raised as an outsider, the product of an affair, he was abandoned by his mother and raised by his father. He found his place in the world through his brother Luca and his niece Alessa, and after Luca’s untimely death, he took on the responsibility of leading the Mafia until Alessa was ready to take over. This transition showcases his resilience and deep-seated loyalty to his family.

Now, having relinquished the leadership to Alessa, his sole focus is winning back the love of his life, Evander Perez. The protagonist’s emotional journey is both intense and poignant, as he contends with the fear of losing everything he’s fought to protect, especially after the arrival of Evie, who disrupts their once-stable dynamic.

Evie: The Catalyst for Change

Evie’s entrance into their lives introduces new challenges and unforeseen complications. Her presence forces the protagonist to confront not just his feelings for Evander but also the complex web of relationships within the group. Evie captivates everyone around her, becoming the emotional center of the story. Her vulnerability and strength draw out protective instincts from each member of the group, leading them to risk everything to keep her safe.

Evie’s discovery of a dark secret threatens to unravel the delicate balance they’ve built. Her reaction is raw and understandable, pushing the protagonist to face his own fears and insecurities. This revelation tests their bonds, pushing the characters to the edge as they scramble to make amends and prove their loyalty.

Complex Love Dynamics and Deep Relationships

The romantic dynamics in “All I Have: Part Two” are layered and multifaceted. The protagonist’s deep-seated love for Evander Perez remains the emotional anchor of the story. Their relationship is filled with tension, passion, and unresolved emotions, which Ames Mills captures beautifully. The protagonist’s journey to win back Evander’s heart is filled with heartfelt moments, as he navigates the complexities of their past while building a future together.

Adding to this dynamic is Evander’s brother, Mateo, whose bond with the protagonist is complex, filled with tension and underlying affection. Mateo’s relationship with both the protagonist and Evander introduces a fresh layer of romantic tension, showcasing a mix of rivalry, brotherly love, and deeper emotional connections. The male/male relationships in the book are handled with sensitivity and depth, exploring the nuances of love, jealousy, and loyalty in a way that feels authentic and powerful.

Gray, the protagonist’s loyal bodyguard, adds another interesting element to the group dynamic. His quiet strength and unwavering support create a sense of stability amid the chaos. Gray’s presence is both comforting and intriguing, as his relationship with the protagonist hints at a deep, unspoken bond. Together, this ensemble cast navigates a web of emotions, from love and lust to fear and betrayal, making for a richly compelling narrative.

High-Stakes Mafia Drama

“All I Have: Part Two” doesn’t shy away from the brutal realities of mafia life. Ames Mills expertly weaves high-stakes action scenes throughout the book, keeping readers on edge as the characters face life-threatening situations. The mafia backdrop adds a layer of danger and urgency to the story, making every moment feel tense and unpredictable.

The tension builds as the group is thrust into one dangerous scenario after another, from unexpected ambushes to confrontations with enemies determined to tear them apart. The protagonist’s ability to navigate these threats while dealing with the emotional turmoil brought on by Evie’s revelation is a testament to his strength and growth throughout the story.

Themes of Vulnerability, Family, and Sacrifice

Ames Mills delves deep into themes of vulnerability, family, and sacrifice. The protagonist’s willingness to lay down his life for those he loves, despite the dangers of his world, is both heartbreaking and admirable. His journey is a powerful exploration of what it means to let yourself be vulnerable in a world that demands strength. The lessons he learned from his late brother Luca about fighting for love and protecting family guide his actions, making him a character readers can deeply connect with.

The bond between the group is palpable, and their shared commitment to protecting Evie, no matter the cost, underscores the theme of chosen family. The relationships are complex and beautifully portrayed, showing how love can be both a source of strength and vulnerability. Mills captures the intensity of these connections, making the reader feel every moment of joy, pain, and passion.

A Heart-Wrenching and Satisfying Conclusion

The ending of “All I Have: Part Two” is both satisfying and emotional. Ames Mills ties up the story with a mix of resolution and hope, while still leaving room for future stories in the Abbs Valley universe. The characters’ growth, their healing from past traumas, and their commitment to building a life together make for a powerful and uplifting conclusion.

The final moments of the book are filled with raw emotion, showcasing the depth of the characters’ love for one another. Mills has crafted a story that is as much about healing and second chances as it is about the high-octane world of mafia drama. The protagonist’s journey from a place of fear and insecurity to one of love and acceptance is beautifully executed, leaving readers with a sense of closure and fulfillment.

Final Thoughts

“All I Have: Part Two” is an outstanding conclusion to a captivating duet. Ames Mills delivers a story filled with passion, danger, and emotional depth that will keep readers hooked from start to finish. The complex character dynamics, intense romance, and high-stakes action make this a five-star read that fans of reverse harem and dark mafia romance won’t want to miss.

For readers who love stories about found family, intense emotional journeys, and unconventional love, “All I Have: Part Two” is a perfect choice. It’s a beautifully written, thrilling conclusion that showcases the power of vulnerability, the strength of love, and the bonds that tie us together, even in the most dangerous of worlds.

4.3⭐️ I’m going to be honest. At first the beginning of this book felt like it wasn’t needed.

I of course hate cliffhangers so the fact that the first book left on one (which i knew it was going to) sucked. However, because of how the previous duet was written i was excited to see how their story finished off in the second book.

I say the beginning felt like it wasn’t needed bc i felt like the author could have just wrapped up their story and HEA all in one book. When i got around 50 or 60% done with this book i realized my first assumption was wrong.

The dynamic between the other characters of the other books was so entertaining to read about, and makes me excited to read their books. Gray finally getting peace in something that has weighed heavy on him for awhile plus a bit extra was awesome.

One thing i will say is i feel like a lot of the smut that happens in this book was unnecessary. I’m not complaining because obviously i knew what the book was going to have in it when i read the first one, but these smut scenes were happening at random times and during crucial points in the books. I do love a good amount of smut, but i skip over it when it makes no sense for it to be happening (like right after you find serious information that’s life or death but instead of relaying the information you fuck lol makes no sense). That is the only problem i had with this book. And Evie..her character just felt like she stayed pretty much the same. Did she get a bit more confident? Maybe not by much, but still very much the same girl we met from the first book so i found her boring.

Reviewing Part 1 and 2. Overall rating 4 stars.

Ames Mills continues to write the hottest MM/MMM/MMMM scenes and every other crazy combo I can barely wrap my head around. Like damn these books are hot 🤯🥵

I did feel like these characters are almost too similar to the Riches to Riches (i.e. Mateo=Gage, Hartley=Zane/Ryder/Holden combo; Gray=Dex, Micah= Ryder with the hostility towards everyone especially Hartley)

Part 1: I was really excited to get follow up with Micah and Van. I actually thought this book was about them and Evie and then was surprised when Mateo was the first to ask her out- and then Micah/Van really had nothing to do with her for almost half the book. So I agree with some of the comments that this could have been better of as a MM romance with just Micah and Van and then a separate romance with Evie, Mateo, Hartley and Gray. Especially since Mateo and Van are brothers. But alas, halfway through we find out the brothers like to share and that Micah and Van do like Evie too. Idk it seemed out of place all of a sudden. And Evie was so insecure at times and I understand why so I tried not to be annoyed with her but sometimes it was a challenge. So part 1 for me is probably 3.5 stars just for the storyline.

Part 2: I enjoyed this more than part 1. Again, it's a rocky and annoying beginning with Evie due to how book 1 ended. She got on my nerves the first few chapters. But I loved the development of the relationships, the acceptance of Hartley into the group by everyone, seeing Les and her crew and the build up with Bridget, the Russians and her eventual Harem. 4 stars for this one.

I rated this duet 3 stars because the plot itself wasn’t that memorable, it was there and it did make the story better but it didn’t match the first duet with the story line.

The plot itself revolves around the character’s past coming back to haunt them, and Evie slowly discovering the Mafia world that her men are a part of.

I did love Evie’s character development as she is a plus size woman and eventually begins loving her body which her crappy ex always insulted her for which her men aren’t happy with so they do let him know :)

This one is a little different as it starts off as an MM romance first between Micah and Evander and then the FMC, Evie, joins the group because she starts dating Mateo who is Evander’s brother. Now Mateo also has a ‘crush’ on Grey who is Micah’s bodyguard, and then Hartley joins in who has been in loved with Evie for years and has been the other men’s enemy for reasons you find out in the first duet. So you can see how everyone is connected. 😂

Again it is pretty fast paced but each relationship does take a little longer to develop as not everyone gets along in beginning. It takes a lot of getting used to for everyone involved which I think definitely makes the book much more realistic in some way.

Now the whole Mateo and Evander being brothers confused me at first but honestly it worked just fine as there was never anything between them.

It did take me much longer to get through this duet as there was a lot of writing issues due to the tenses in the story being different in certain spots with the use of past tense rather than present tense which is what the books are supposed to be, but honestly I enjoyed it regardless. 🤷‍♀️

So the author mentioned at the end of the last book that she didn't initially intend to add Hartley into the story and that really showed in this book. I am so pissed that he barely had any parts. He continued to be somewhat of an outsider.

At the beggining, Mateo and Hartley apparently had a spark but that basically never went anywhere. Mateo spent more time flirting and hooking up with Micah and Hartley suprisingly had more moments with Evander. Overall, Hartley was basically a third and even fourth wheel when it came to the individual couples/pairing. He was basically only around whenever they had a group sex.

And as I mentioned in my last review, the most disappointing of all is Evie's lack of interest in Hartley. She barely gave him the time of day. She was way more intimate and passionate towards the other guys. Whenever she's with Hartley, she just simply says "I love you," but it always felt so empty. There's no depth or development in their relationship at all, especially considering that they grew up together and were best friends. Hartley's dad even walked Evie down the aisle, yet it didn't feel special at all. When it came to Hartley, it felt like Evie only did things out of obligation; like Hartley's situation with his dad, all she did was "support" him. Unlike with Gray's situation, whom she showed more concern, care, and passion for. I mean Gray's situation was more dire but it was the lack of emotions or feelings towards Hartley that bothered me.

We also barely get Hartley's POV and when we do he's pretty much a just spectator.

Another great duet

After that jaw-dropping cliffhanger, this book dives right back into the action, delivering emotional punches and some serious spice!

Evie’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Despite receiving more heartbreaking news, she handles her mother’s illness on her own until Alessa and Bridget step in. Their friendship is truly perfect —raw, supportive, and real.

Hartley faces life-altering decisions about his father, who assumes criminal ties are holding his son hostage.

Gray's story unravels deeply, revealing sealed police files, witness protection, and unimaginable betrayals. It’s a dark, gripping path that unleashes the Reaper in full force.

Evander and Micah’s relationship blossoms as they embrace honesty and strengthen their bond within the group. And Mateo? Pure chaos and love, as always. The craziness Mateo and Gage bring, keeps me hooked—they’re my absolute favourites in this series so far!

With returning side characters and the introduction of compelling new faces, this book sets the stage for the next duet and beyond. If you haven’t ventured into Abbs
Valley yet, I can’t recommend it enough! Start with Riches to Riches Part 1 & 2—you won’t regret it. Between the intense emotions and spicy scenes, you might even find yourself drawing diagrams to keep up with all the action!

📖 Please ensure you check the author’s website for trigger warnings before reading this book.
