I have always loved writing and creating. I started off with poetry and short stories, some of my poems were published in national school literary magazines. I have had a diverse career as a waitress, bar lady, function coordinator, a rental agent, entrepreneur, store manager and office administrator. I have met incredible people along the way who have shaped not just my life but also my journey Unfortunately, I have lost a number of those friends to bike and car accidents as well as cancer. I started writing a book a few years ago (it has since turned into a 5-book series). To honor and remember those I have loved and lost, I combined their personalities, looks and traits to create some of the characters in my books.
I really enjoyed this book. A well written story about love, family and friendship that withstands many challenges. What I liked most was how the author captives the emotions and friendships of the characters that make it easy to relate to in our own lives. Each chapter had twists and turns that make it hard to put down. The dialogue between the characters with their humour and banter makes it all the more entertaining. A must read.
I thoroughly enjoyed Crossroads! Bianca Beck's writing style is so relatable and the storyline so honest, I was immediately drawn into the lives of the characters and felt fully immersed in the story. This is definitely a book to read in one sitting! I really hope there is more to come!
Heartfelt and Unflinching – A Love Story That Dares to Go Deeper
No one said love would be easy only that it’s worth it. This powerful sentiment pulses through every chapter of Lia and Kyle’s emotionally gripping journey. What begins as a deep bond between two souls is soon tested by secrets, betrayals, and the very people they thought they could trust most.
This book doesn’t shy away from the complexities of love when it bleeds into family and friendship. With raw honesty, it explores how fragile trust can be and how resilient the heart must become. Lia and Kyle’s path is anything but smooth, and that’s what makes their story so real. Every setback feels personal, every step toward healing feels hard-earned.
The writing is emotional, compelling, and layered with tension that will keep you turning the pages. If you’ve ever believed in fighting for love despite the odds, this book will hit you right in the heart.
A beautiful, bittersweet exploration of love, loyalty, and whether the heart can truly forgive. Highly recommended for fans of emotionally intense romances.
To be honest, I am not much of a 'relationship' or love story enthusiast. However, this book was very different to what I am used to reading. Bianca delves into depths of personalities, characters and life situations with such honesty and 'emotional accuracy' for want of a better term; she piques ones interest with every weave of story, characters and events with consummate skill. What normally puts me off romance or situational inter relationship writing (as a male reader you can probably understand the aversion) is the sloppy, wishy washy style most authors of this genre tend to write.
Bianca surpasses and bypasses all of that; her writing drives the stories within the story, interlocking her characters at an emotional, realistic and totally human level, allowing you to feel the raw emotion and thought processes withing the myriad situations that arise between her characters, leading to the decisions and actions of those at it's core.
The story is exceptional, the writer superbly talented; a must read.

No one ever said love was easy just that it was worth it.
For Lia and Kyle, love means navigating the fragile lines between friendship, family, and truth. As betrayal and heartbreak come from the people they trust most, their relationship is pushed to the edge.
With each setback, they fight to hold on. But when the ultimate betrayal shatters everything, one of them is left standing at a crossroads. Can love heal what’s been broken or is this the end of their story?
Crossroads is a deeply emotional tale of loyalty, heartbreak, and the strength it takes to choose love when it hurts the most.
This isn’t your typical love story. Lia and Kyle’s relationship is messy, flawed, and heartbreakingly real. The author captures the nuances of human emotion with incredible precision, making you feel every betrayal, every doubt, and every glimmer of hope. The storyline is gripping, and the dialogue is so authentic that I felt like I was eavesdropping on real conversations. This book is about more than just romance it’s about the courage it takes to face the truth and the strength required to rebuild after devastation.
The character development in 'Crossroads' is exceptional. Each character, from the protective Kalen to the wise Christian, adds depth to the narrative. Angelia's evolution throughout the story is particularly striking, as she learns to confront her past and embrace her future. This book is a testament to the power of friendship and resilience.
Lia and Kyle’s relationship evolves not outside pressures that threaten their bond, but the painful betrayals and complications rooted in the people closest to them friends and family. At its core, the story is a meditation on whether love can survive when the very foundation of trust has been shattered.
