I first encountered this book as a college textbook in the early '90s. Since then, I have found this book so useful in my own that I have given it to several colleagues who have been moving into leadership positions in new organizations.

I'm a skeptic by nature. With all the leadership advice floating around, what makes this author special?

His accomplishments and experience does. Look him up.

He is definitely qualified and this book is chock-full of valuable insights and principles.

I borrowed it from the library and it has now earned a place on my permanent bookshelf. Don't even bother to borrow it. Just buy it now.

Had to read for class, would not recommend unless you are unable to think for yourself. Information is obvious and not very informative.
