This series just keeps getting better and better! Gemma and Anton meet when he comes to her store to buy a gift his sister. Anton finds himself instantly smitten with Gemma and knows he’s found the one. I absolutely loved these two together! Great read!

Very cute. Again it’s instalove and miscommunication trope but I wasn’t put off by it. If you don’t like these tropes, this one and probably this series is not for you but I like to see them playing at different ages.

« Bien sûr. Je serais ravie de t'aider. Donne-moi juste une seconde. » Elle se tourna vers Axel et Nicoya, qui étaient passés plus tôt pour voir les chemises que Gemma avait récupérées pour Nicoya. « Tu voulais les essayer ? »
Axel les prit des mains de Nicoya. « Je suis sûr qu'ils vont bien. On va les récupérer tous et on se tire. »
Gemma entendit Nicoya émettre un léger son de protestation et se tourna pour l'encourager à entrer dans la cabine d'essayage. Détournant son regard de l'homme dynamique qui l'attendait, Gemma tenta de se concentrer sur Nicoya, mais son regard se porta sans cesse sur l'homme grand et sexy à la caisse. Ses cheveux noirs, épais et légèrement ondulés, étaient parfaitement coupés et coiffés. Ses yeux bleus auraient dû être interdits.
Il la dominait de son mètre quatre-vingt-dix. D'ordinaire, sa petite taille l'agaçait souvent, toujours inquiète qu'on ne la prenne pas au sérieux, mais quelque chose chez lui ne suscitait pas cette réaction. Il était grand et large, mais pas intimidant.
Et pourquoi est-ce que je pense si fort à lui ?
Voyant que son doudou s'était extirpé de son casier derrière la caisse, elle le remit subtilement en place. À sa grande gêne, elle sentit son visage chauffer et sut qu'elle rougissait. Espérons que personne n'ait vu ses mains trembler pendant qu'elle finalisait la transaction.
Tandis que Nicoya et Axel se dirigeaient vers la porte, elle se tourna vers le bel homme qui avait attendu si patiemment. « Tu cherches un cadeau pour ta sœur. Je crois que tu as dit qu'elle faisait ses courses ici. Comment s'appelle-t-elle ? »
« Tracy Fenagan. C'est une petite blonde avec une attitude toujours joyeuse. »
« Oh, Tracy. Je lui ai parlé la semaine dernière. Elle cherchait une chemise assortie à un pantalon vert menthe. »
« Elle l'a trouvé ? » demanda Anton en la regardant avec de grands yeux pleins d'espoir.
« Non. Je n'avais rien dans l'ombre qu'elle recherchait. »
« Pas vrai ? Ça veut dire que tu as quelque chose maintenant ? »
« Oui. Je viens de recevoir une nouvelle livraison et j'ai plusieurs chemises assorties. Tu veux lui en offrir une ? » demanda Gemma. « Je comptais l'appeler cet après-midi, mais j'étais occupée. »
« J'adorerais lui faire une surprise si tu m'aidais à en choisir un qu'elle aimerait », demanda Anton.
« Bien sûr. C'est ça qui est amusant. Suis-moi. » Elle le conduisit vers un portant qu'elle avait rempli de quelques-unes des nouvelles chemises qui venaient d'arriver.
Lorsqu'elle tourna la tête pour lui parler, elle remarqua qu'il la matait. Une bouffée de chaleur la parcourut. Impossible que cet homme si appétissant soit attiré par elle.
Ses yeux se levèrent pour croiser les siens et ne manifestèrent aucun remords d'avoir été surpris à admirer ses charmes. Elle dissimula rapidement sa surprise en lui tendant un chemisier. « Qu'en penses-tu ? » demanda-t-elle.
« Je trouve que c'est plus rose que du chewing-gum. Comment appellerais-tu cette couleur ? » demanda-t-il en riant.
Gemma regarda le vêtement qu'elle tenait à la main et ne put s'empêcher de rire. « Waouh ! Ce n'est vraiment pas vert menthe, si ? Je dirais plutôt fuchsia. Cette fois, je vais y prêter plus attention et choisir quelque chose qui plaira à Tracy. »
Elle fit le tour du présentoir et Anton la suivit. Elle sentait son parfum subtil mais épicé et adorait ça. Secouant la tête pour se concentrer, Gemma trouva une chemise et la sortit. « Vert menthe. »
« Puis-je emballer ça pour toi ? »
« S'il vous plaît. Je n'ai jamais vraiment réussi à maintenir le papier en place en arrachant ce satané ruban adhésif », avoua Anton.
Avant même de réfléchir, elle laissa échapper : « Je suis contente que tu aies des défauts. » Gemma le vit lever un sourcil et se remémorer cette phrase.
« Je voulais dire... » Elle se demandait comment sortir du trou qu'elle s'était creusé, insinuant qu'il semblait parfait.
« Parle-moi de toi, Gemma. Es-tu mariée ? »
« Non. J'avais quelqu'un de spécial dans ma vie, mais cette époque est révolue », dit-elle. Son changement de sujet la déstabilisa, et elle se montra plus honnête qu'elle ne l'aurait été normalement avec un client.
« Je suis désolé, Gemma. Je suppose que tu n'aurais pas pitié d'un gars qui se rendrait seul à une fête de famille et que tu viendrais à l'anniversaire de Tracy avec moi. »
« Oh, pour vous éviter un million de questions ? » dit-elle en riant en pliant les chemises dans des boîtes.
« Non. Pour m'éviter d'être seul et de me demander à quel point tu es petit », dit-il doucement.
« Petite ? » paniqua-t-elle intérieurement. Elle ne jouait pas la Petite. Comment le savait-il ? Vite, elle prit des ciseaux pour couper le papier. « Aïe ! »
En un éclair, il contourna le comptoir et lui tendit la main pour l'inspecter. « Elle est rouge. Je parie que ça a fait mal. Heureusement que tu ne t'es pas coupée. »
« Je suis juste maladroite. Ce n'est pas grave », dit-elle, s'imprégnant doucement du charme de l'avoir près d'elle et de lui tenir la main.
« Voyons si ça aide. » Il porta son doigt à ses lèvres et l'embrassa.
Surprise, son regard quitta sa blessure pour croiser le sien. « Tu viens de m'embrasser ? »
« J'ai embrassé ton bobo. C'est toujours le meilleur remède. Tu peux me dire de reculer, petite, si je te comprends mal. » La voix grave d'Anton semblait résonner en elle.
Elle le fixa du regard, son cerveau luttant pour fonctionner. Gemma murmura : « Comment le savais-tu ? »
« Les petites choses : les nœuds sur vos chaussures, les adorables vêtements sur les mannequins, les autocollants sur le calendrier et la guêpe cachée près de la caisse enregistreuse. »
« Buzzy est un bourdon », laissa-t-elle échapper avant de dire : « Oups ! » lorsqu'il lui sourit affectueusement.
« J’aimerais beaucoup rencontrer Buzzy. »
« Il fait une sieste. »
La gaieté atteignit ses yeux bleus, les faisant scintiller. Comment pouvait-il être plus séduisant ?
« J'attendrai un autre jour pour voir Buzzy », lui assura-t-il. « Comment va ta blessure ? »
« Quelle blessure ? » demanda-t-elle.
« Parfait. Pourrais-tu emballer le cadeau de Tracy pour moi ? »
"Oh oui."
Elle avait besoin de s'éloigner de lui pour se concentrer. Il lui faisait tourner la tête. « Tu vas devoir t'éloigner du comptoir, s'il te plaît, que je puisse travailler. »
« Compris. C'est une zone réservée aux employés. »
Travaillant plus lentement que d'habitude, Gemma se ressaisit pour emballer les paquets. Elle les lui glissa sur le comptoir. « Voilà. Tu as besoin d'autre chose aujourd'hui ? »
« Une réponse », lui rappela-t-il.
Complètement vide, elle le fixa du regard.
« Veux-tu venir à l'anniversaire de Tracy avec moi ? J'aimerais mieux te connaître et tu rencontreras ma famille pour savoir que je suis quelqu'un de bien. »
« C'est quand ? » demanda Gemma, la première question qui lui vint à l'esprit.
« Demain soir à sept heures. »
« Oh, je ne ferme pas avant 19 heures. Je ne pourrai pas venir », dit Gemma en se dégageant de l'invitation.
« Si tu ne veux pas passer du temps avec moi, sois honnête. Si tu es courageux et que tu prends le risque, je viendrai te chercher un peu après 19 heures pour que tu puisses terminer, et je préviendrai Tracy que nous serons en retard. »
« Euh… » Gemma hésita avant de demander : « Pourquoi veux-tu passer du temps avec moi ? »
« Parce que je suis un papa qui cherche ma petite depuis longtemps. Je crois que je viens de la trouver », dit Anton.
Elle scruta son visage, cherchant un signe avant-coureur. Il n'y en avait pas. Il attendit patiemment qu'elle se décide. « Je viendrai à la fête, mais je conduirai moi-même après le travail. Pourriez-vous me donner l'adresse ? »
« Je peux. Donne-moi ton numéro et je te l'enverrai par SMS. »
Gemma adorait qu'il lui envoie son nom et son adresse par SMS pour qu'elle puisse tout organiser sur son téléphone. Alors qu'il récupérait ses colis, une cliente entra dans le magasin. Elle ne savait pas si elle était contente ou déçue de devoir s'excuser pour partir en toute hâte.
Un « Au revoir, Buzzy. Au plaisir de te rencontrer bientôt » la fit sourire tandis qu'elle s'approchait du nouveau venu. Zut, s'il n'était pas parfait.

When Gemma had gone to Anton’s sister’s birthday party, she had been happy to see him in his family and with other people she knew from her store, the fact that she was as attracted to Anton and also had a feeling he might be the daddy she had been hoping and dreaming for.
It is fair to say that as things seem to be taking off between Anton and Gemma and she has even been staying with her Daddy his employers decide to “throw a spanner in the works”! It is obvious to him that he had to put his foot down and make a life changing decision, unfortunately Gemma was unaware of these difficult decisions and believed she had lost her Daddy and was heartbroken.

The moment he meets Gemma he can tell she is the right person to help him find the perfect gift instead. Enchanted by Gemma he is also realising that she is the right Little for him.
I enjoyed this story with the overworked Gemma and the caring Anton and their path to becoming Daddy and his Little girl. I loved the way that they were able to work through work problems on both sides to make their lives better. They had a great relationship and I loved the way that the latest flavour of the cupcake from Little Cakes was central to some parts of the story. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was a BSDM-like DDLG story with mature content and included diapers, bottles and onsies.

This was a sweet read but not spicy. This story revolved around a young woman named Gemma who works at a place called Design Magic. She helps women feel beautiful and she enjoys her job. She helps women with making fashion choices perfect for each and every woman. Her business limits her opportunities to meet a special man or Daddy of her own.
Until she meets a guy like Anton Gates. He comes into her shop to buy a present 🎁 for his sister. The moment he meets Gemma he knows that she is the Little for him. He sees her stuffie which is a little bee 🐝. He ends up calling her “Little Bee” in the story. I liked Gemma she was sweet and she liked helping women feel beautiful about themselves with fashion. Gemma is the owner of Design Magic and she has a special talent at outfitting all her customers, little or not, in a way that most flatters their image. She herself is a little, in a community of a surprisingly large number of “little” business owners. She finally meets her apparent forever Daddy in Anton. Their courtship is fast and furious and amazes both of them. Just when things are seeming to peak, a real life obstacle presents itself. Anton has been transferred out of town by his company! How do (can?) they handle the upcoming separation? Follow the Reindeer tracks to find out. This is superb addition to the Little Cakes series by Paige and Pepper and is another delightfully tasty stand-alone. Sweet, sexy and sensuous. 5 Stars

Reindeer Tracks is the 16th installment in Pepper North and Paige Michaels Little Cupcakes series. In this one they focus on the romantic journey of Gemma James and Anton Gates. Readers met them briefly as secondary characters in earlier installments. Gemma keeps her Lg secret as she believes it will deter from her career of a boutique owner. Anton a financial adviser visits her shop to find birthday presents for his sister. He immediately picks up on her Lg and is instantly smitten. Now, to figure out a way of making her his without scaring her off. Will he be successful? To find out you must read this book.
Ms. North and Ms. Michaels, once again, did a remarkable job. Their dialog is outstanding. Their characters are multi-dimensional, yet, they are vulnerable. These qualities endear them to her readers. I enjoy how they continue to showcase the camaraderie amongst the Lgs and their Daddies as they journey toward a consensual adult-play romance.

Another woman aka shop keeper,alias a little, meets her Daddy, when he shops in her store. Each instantly attracted to one another. Gemma loves providing clothes, for other "little" women, and has a flair for picking right outfits. Anton is her Daddy,make a trip to the Club Blazes, where the little can play with others . Gemma gets heartbroken, when Anton is told he us being transferred away. Instead of talking it out, she runs off, meabwhile, Anton is still in shock, but decides, he can't leave Gemma and town. Everything works out. I have so far read books starting with Ellie and her Daddy Garrett, and I'm hooked on each one. Each LiTTLE, has her own favorite cupcake made by Ellie, and pet name by their Daddies. I'm hooked on these books, on #17. Please continue, and look forward to others yet to read.

Gemma James didn’t expect to find her daddy in her sop Design Magic. Anton Gates has been looking for that special someone for a while and he has finally found her. He knows Gemma is the one. I do love that Anton tries not to rush things. Granted he knows Gemma is the one but she just couldn’t believe it can happen that quickly. You have to love all the littles. When they find their special someone, they are floored that it is happening. But at the same time you have to love being cared for and loved. Who doesn’t want that feeling? I thought it was cute about the cupcake. I got really sad at one point but it all worked out. Thank goodness. I am looking forward to find out what happens with Aria and Cameron.

I’m really enjoying reading these cupcake stories. Pepper North and Paige Michaels really know how to weave a story to make you feel like you know the characters and you become invested in the story. Anton Gates is a financial advisor who needs a gift for his sister’s birthday, he knows she enjoys a dress shop called Design Magic, when he meets the store owner Gemma James who he rightfully guesses is Little. Anton invites her to his sister’s birthday party, and it is the start to a wonderful relationship. Their relationship is threatened with a transfer to a new city, but things work out and they have a happily ever after.

Emma is adorable and loves her business Design Magic and how she makes people feel beautiful by dressing them. She wants to put a smile on people's faces and know that some of them want to go home feeling sexy and wanted by their husbands. When Anton walks into her store to buy a gift for his sister, he is immediately great with a gorgeous woman who captivates him. He knows he has found the little he has been looking for. Emma knows that she has always been different, but hasn't explored that side of her, and having Anton show her things she never thought possible is very scary. Can she handle everything it means to be a little and have a Daddy like Anton to take care of her? Loved this little cupcake and her sweetness.

Gemma and Anton are quite the match! Anton's assertiveness is attractive, and the way they circle around each other, testing and establishing boundaries, until Gemma feels safe, and their journey can continue was really nice to read.
Gemma is bubbly and giving, but protective of herself. Anton is driven and focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to go after what he wants. Together, they're adorable! Though, just for the record, I want the cake and the frosting!
This story is sweet, a quick read, throws in a dash of seasonal magic, and a whole lot of instant chemistry! It's definitely worth the buzz about it!

Love this series, Gemma is so quiet and protective of herself and her Little; She quietly lets her out when she feels safe. She is a successful businesswoman and lives relatively close to her job and in a cute home. In walks Anton, it's like the Daddies in this series have a radar that leads them to that one, you know the one they've been searching for, he's there to get a gift card for his sister but changes his mind when he sees 'HER'. How they dance back and forth; how insecurities can scare one into running away before they can get hurt more is all laid out in this story line - so we feel all the feels for both Big & Little, man & Daddy. You need to read this story if you haven't it will give you all the good feels you might be needing.

Gemma is a character we've seen in previous books, one who I was hoping would find her special Daddy. Thankfully Anton walks into her shop to buy his sister a gift and recognizes Gemma as his Little girl. These two hit it off immediately and I loved how Anton just jumped right in, immediately letting Gemma know his interest in her and why. Gemma was shy, but she decided to go for it and was all in as well. So when adversity struck I was not surprised that although there were bumps in the road, these two got their HEA. Great scenes at Little Cakes and Blaze in this story as well with some of our favorite characters.

Reindeer Tracks is the latest in Pepper North's Little Cakes Series. It is a DD/Lg story. The fmc is a character that we have seen in some of the previous books- Gemma. When a customer comes into the shop to buy a gift for his sister he recognizes Gemma for what she is- his Little Girl. From that moment Anton is all in. He tells her he knows she is his. And while Gemma is a bit shy and hesitant at first it doesn't stop Anton from being there for her and showing her exactly what he means. They do get their HEA, but not without a few bumps and bruises on the way. I loved getting to come back to the series and see some of the previously known characters too.

Gemma is aptly named, she is a gem. A smart, savvy, lovable Little with a tender heart that needs the perfect Daddy.
Anton, with his Daddy ESP, knows exactly what his Little girl needs. She is his world as he dotes on her and loves all facets of her personality.
These authors are exceptionally good at bringing Littles to life and setting the scenes in such a way that they embody the innocence and youthful characteristics of younger ages.

Wow, I really don't think I can get enough of Little Cakes series, they are always great stories that you cannot get enough of, definitely stuck to the seat so you don't miss anything. Gemma and Anton's story was about Gemma owns a clothing store, she is very intelligent and an eye for detail. Anton needed to buy a present for someone and mentioned the store to Anton, as soon as he seen her he knew that she was his, now he has to incourage her. The chemistry between these two was a slow burn and she felt like the Luckiest Little until his job wanted him to move.

I have loved every book in this series. Gemma has been mentioned before and now it's her turn to find her happy ever after with a Daddy who loves her as much as she's gonna love him. Anton knows he has found his "One" when he comes into the store to get his sister a present. This book was hard to put down because it's a page turner and while there are some little hiccups along the way, you know I was rooting for Anton and Gemma all the way. Pepper North and Paige Michaels have a way with these stories that keep us readers wanting more and more! Are they gonna run out of "cupcakes" soon? Or will there be many, many more stories along the way? Loved it so much!!

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. I thought that this addition to the Little Cakes series was sweet, funny and had a little heat. Both of the characters were believable even when things moved fast. When you know, you know. Gemma owns Design Magic and has a special eye for what works for a person. Anton stops in one day to buy a present for his sister and they have an instant chemistry. They start out slow and have a few misteps and corrections. In the end Anton is going to prove that she's the center of his world. In looking forward to the next book in the series to see what happens with Aria and Cameron

Another cute DD/lg story.
I liked Gemma and Anton in this story. They were both confident in themselves and knew who they were- a Daddy Dom and a little. This is a love/lust-at-first-sight story. It's also a HFN story. The only con I had was that we know nothing about Gemma. Nothing about her background or family, or where she came from. All we know about her is is that she's short and curvy, is a little, and is great at dressing people and has a business degree. I don't even think we got the color of her eyes and hair? These are not complete stories and I'm amazed I keep buying them. But I do, and I look forward to each new one. Just call me crazy. ;D

Anton and Gemma get their own meet cute when he goes into her shop to get a gift for his sister. He recognizes Gemma as his Little girl right away. Their chemistry is amazing, and while misunderstanding threatens to derail their relationship, they find their way back to one another. This series is amazing, and the authors don't disappoint here. This is a really good read, with well developed and likable characters. Written by two of the best authors in the genre, it is absolutely worth the one click.

I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC and am happy to say this series just gets better with each new addition. Not really your typical DD/lg books as the Littles are, for the most part, women who are successful running a small business as opposed to the usual broken, poverty stricken Little (not that that is necessarily bad, just a different trope). The Daddies, while they know right away who their Little is, don't rush things and just take over- there is a gradual but quick establishing of the relationship. Familiar names make brief appearances tying it into the Little Cakes world.

It seems that everything will go smoothly with just the bumps you get in a new relationship but when bigger bumps appear Gemma has to remember to trust in their feelings. I loved Gemma. She is a sweet, hard working business lady. Good natured Anton is just what she needs. They go so well together. Their relationship is sexy and romantic. I enjoyed reading this well written and fun book. All the characters are real and rounded. This is the fifteenth story is a series that still has a lot of steam left. Not one of the stories are less than brilliant. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I recommend it. Sit down and be entertained by Gemma and Anton.

I loved this series when it first came out. Parts of this one was wonderful. I love Gemma and would love her as a friend. Aston was less developed as a character.
My complaint is that these books move too fast from strangers to a couple. The men all push the women to go very young quickly, even pushing anal plugs and are experts at all suppositories including vitamins and when a woman needs a laxative. I wish there would be more suspense, more tension between the couple. There was a bit in this one.
I normally love Pepper North books.
I loved this series when it first came out. Parts of this one was wonderful. I love Gemma and would love her as a friend. Aston was less developed as a character.
