Cabin Fever - I enjoyed this story, it had good character development, life lessons, wacky moments, friends, family, suspense, mystery, grief, forgiveness, acceptance and Love. 4 stars.
Living Hell - I thought this was a sweet, sad, funny and crazy read. The characters were good, the history and chemistry between Tyler and Iona was written well and they took me on a journey, at times an emotional one. There was an inconsistency from a scene near the end of book one being used from a different slant in book two as in book one it implied two people hadn't met but in book two they had met before that shared scene, I only noticed as I read book two straight after reading book one. 4 stars.
Buring Love - After reading this book I hope Konrad and Chloe get their stories told too. I liked the characters a lot in this one, they were interesting and had depths that you got to uncover as the story moved along. I enjoyed seeing Bea and Mica get to know each other and how they dealt with their attraction and the changes that came because of each other. I liked how unapologetic Bea was and how brave and strong she was. I liked how Mica could look at himself and admit the truth, that he was big enough to admit things and try to make changes in his life. I would have really liked to have seen more of them, maybe they will appear in the next book and show how things have moved on for them and their extended family. 4 stars.
Hot Dish - I have been looking forward to Chloe and Konrad's story since reading Bea and Mica's; how did he rescue her in book 3 and why did he ghost her? Well I got my answers and then some! Goodness me were there some disasters and misunderstandings in this story, at times I felt Konrad needed a warning alarm before he opened his mouth, bless him, he made me like him so much and want to step into the story and hug him at times. I thought the story was funny, a little sad, sweet, full of love, family drama and showed good friendships, it also had a touch of mystery to it. I have enjoyed reading this one and hope that Kris and Dean's story is told next, because that's a story that so needs telling. - 4 stars.
I absolutely loved this series of slow burn romances the writing was excellent and the characters were wonderful they all had that hint of will they, won't they with a little bit of angst and some very hot scenes in there, I would highly recommend this box set.
Four books all with fantastic plots and characters and a great link up from one to another. My first time reading this author and I really loved her style.
You people should just read this novel yourselves and write your own review on this novel. I really enjoyed reading this novel very much so. Shelley Ma
