Needed this book badly for my school work. Even though I know how to use word. I don't know everything about it and I was having a hard time getting the format for my school work right. I'm happy to say that with this book I worked it out!! I'm so happy I bought this book and I'm going to read it cover to cover now to see what else word has to offer that I didn't know about.
