What if your soulmate was right under your nose, but it took a trip to heaven for you to finally see it?
That’s what happens to Dina Merry. Living her life as though she doesn’t need love. She’s got Fiona, her best friend, that’s enough for her, right? Not according to Harry, the woman Dina has never gotten over and needs to let go if she is ever to find happiness again.
For Fiona Jacobs, there’s a quiet acceptance that maybe this is all she will ever have with Dina, and she’s okay with that, letting go of any idea that romance might be something she could find with Dina until Brooke starts to question it. Brooke Chambers (Forget It) has her own issues to deal with. Her teenage sister, Robin, is no longer the kid that Brooke gave up everything for. Now, she’s a beautiful young woman ready to find herself in the big wide world, and Brooke doesn’t quite know how to let that happen.
But at least she has Catherine.
Catherine Blake. The ice queen who melted when Brooke literally forgot her. Stable, kind, and gorgeous, she’s the perfect balance for Brooke, if only she could get let go of the constant fear that Brooke will one day leave her for someone her own age.
Four women must overcome the doubts that hold them back and stop them from letting go.

I really enjoyed this semi-sequel to Forget It. It was great to catch up with Catherine and Brooke having nearly equal time with their relationship while also getting a new romance to delve into with Fiona and Dina. You don't have to read Forget It before reading Letting Go (but why wouldn't you??)
To Love you must be open to letting go of what was, to see what is real now.
What a delightful story. To see where Brooke, Catherine and Robin have come in the past few years. The weaving of the story that is Fiona and Dina. Such a difficult way to express feelings but sometimes an accident brings reality home. When Dina must face the choice to live, sharing all she has hidden will become something beautifully done even if it will be difficult. I love how Fiona faithfully cared for Dina and loved her without thinking there could be more. The true love was hard for them to share but Christmas magic and a heavenly force changed the outcome. Something a little mystery or ghostly makes a delightful tale of Christmas love coming out. I loved it .
A sweet book about learning to let go of past things and moving forward to new adventures. Dina had lost the love of her life. She just couldn't move forward with a relationship. Fiona is the closest that fits as a friend. Fiona doe love Dina bit also has to learn to let it go about fear and just asking or talking to see if Dina really likes her. Catherine and Brooke are so in love that the help that Brooke gives helps Dina, but Harry Dina widow lover helps put things in order. A lovely story
I love Claire Highton - Stevenson! She is a masterpiece at storytelling. This book fits right up there with her best. How do we continue to live when we feel so lost when a loved one dies? I think we all would love a chance like this. This book needs to be read to understand. My best review for other readers to get this book is “Trust” in Claire Highton - Stevenson’s storytelling. You will not regret it!
This story was about letting go when your partner dies and when the child you raised is grown from a child into a woman. The character building in this novel is well done and it was good to have not just two main characters but four.
Wow another amazing storyline I loved the main characters their journey to let go of the past putting their hearts out there again was incredibly written must read congratulations
When one HEA ends unexpectedly, trusting in another HEA is almost too difficult. But with a push from a bus, another from the spiritual world and a third from a new friend, who says lighting can't strike twice?
This was a very cute and enjoyable read. Loved having the connection to the first book as I loved those characters. Friends to lovers is always a winning trope and this book was perfect for that.
There are storylines and characters and an amazing plot in this multifaceted well written story. I highly recommend you read this if you like your novels wonderful.
