I'm a curvacious 5' 3", so I'm not going to become a model anytime soon, but I liked what it had to say. It wasn't a how-to on how to binge and purge or how-to become an anorexic. They basically said, "Look kid, it's a body type. Either you fit it or you don't, no offense." And none taken.

Great information, she was real and relatable. The industry can be a harsh one and she outlines well what to avoid and how to handle yourself in the business.

Some handy tips. But doubtlessly not applicable to NZ's much smaller industry.
