That’s the beginning of a quote in one of my very favorite movies. This read from Jean Paul Zogby does a pretty great job at not only explaining the why behind that feeling, but also offers some pretty neat tips, tricks, and resources to help us make the most of what we have, or slow down the feeling of how quickly time marches on. Really cool insights on why we feel as if each year goes by faster and faster. Very worth taking a moment to yourself to read.

Phenomenal, practical guide to time and leaving well.

Absolutely worth reading! While the book is a deep study on time, it is more a study on how to live a full, meaningful life. ANyone, any age can benefit from reading this book!

Short book with lots of profound and useful ideas. Instead of only trying to live longer by slowing aging as many do, you can also expand your perception of time which is just as useful. Mentions various techniques including mindfulness for living in the present, as well as how we plan our days and vacations, and how we enjoy and attend to different activities, events, and occurrences. An easy and quick read that should be helpful for enhancing one's life significantly with only minor changes in approach.

Just What I Needed!

I am sixty-seven years old and have felt that time is running out for most of my life. This book has given me a new mindset that gives me the tools to not only slow down my perception of the time I have remaining, but to look at my past with it's treasure trove of memories and perceive the time I've already spent has been rich and long. I recommend this book to everyone over the age of twenty-five.

3.5 maybe?
I liked the idea of this book more than the execution. The science around the topic seemed a bit loose and the writing was a bit redundant. However, for a person who struggles with time scarcity, there were some great insights and tools to put in my pocket.

This was an interesting book. The science behind time and how our brains perceive it was really fascinating. It gave me some valuable insights into how our brain manages time and how we all tend to see time differently. I gave the book 3 stars because the one thing that annoyed me were the hyperlinks that were a theme throughout. Trying to get you to click through to complete various quizzes and surveys. I don't like that as it always seems to me to be just a way of getting you to go to a website that you wouldn't normally visit, where I have no doubt there will be attempts to get you to spend money. Not good.
