There is a lot of “entertainment” in our society—things outside of ourself that we find amusing, and entertainment’s core . . . there’s nothing wrong with that.
The unfortunate thing is when entertainment distracts us from looking within. Instead of examining all the good we have to offer the world, we ask “what does the world have to offer me?”
It’s the kind of thinking that prevents us from flourishing to the best of our ability. It’s the kind of thinking that drifts into mediocrity in our personal and professional lives. And if you would use the word “mediocrity” to describe any component of your life, then I’m glad you're here.
There’s a better word to describe a better path that lay ahead. If you allow me to guide you in the pages that follow, perhaps we can get there together.
