Suzushiro, a 19-year-old design student, was tired of living every day the same as the one before it, and that was why she agreed to give her virginity to Eiichi. He asked her in a bold and simple way; she replied simply, and there were no strings attached. Now, as Eiichi's eye wanders to Mizuno, a business student who's much cuter and more popular than Suzushiro, Suzushiro wants to know where she stands with Eiichi.
Grittier than most shoujo. It's composed of a pair of brief stories about two girls in their late teens. The first girl is at a trade school, newly dating a guy named Eiji who starts cheating on her with a very cute peer who isn't really that interested in him. The guy really likes his girlfriend and chases after her after she finds out about the affair and dumps him. She refuses his advances, but the story ends with them talking, leaving it open-ended. The second is about a girl who was a goodie-goodie in high school but now she's feeling depressed and adrift. She starts living with Yuuta, a former peer who had a crush on her in high school, but cheats on him and envies her friend Akira who seems clueless but happy. At the end, she decides to once more dedicate herself to her studies and go to the college of her choice.
I don't really like the art, and the stories aren't satisfying from a romantic standpoint. It's a good volume, though, since it depicts real people with real problems, at least more real than most of the other shoujo out there that's so absurd (but also so much more entertaining).
