After leaving the military, he thought he was done with the violence … he was wrong.
Ex-navy SEAL Jake Tinker lives by his own set of rules and dishes out his own special brand of justice, with one set of rules for living and an entirely different set of rules for killing.
And this was war!
When Jennifer Locke’s shocking suicide rocks a lazy, beachside community, her tragic death soon explodes into an international conspiracy with global implications. Did she really steal all of that money?
Certain his childhood friend was murdered and that members of law enforcement may have been involved, Tinker has no choice but to fall back on the military training he had hoped to leave behind. Thrust into a deadly game of corporate intrigue and political espionage, he soon uncovers evidence implicating her billionaire boss in her death, exposing an explosive scheme that reaches into the highest levels of finance and government.
This wasn’t a fight he wanted, but now that they had pulled him into it, those responsible will soon learn the hard way what it means to play by Tinker’s rules.
“Fans of Rapp, Reacher and Harvath will love Tinker in this action-packed crime thriller of money, power and corruption in which justice is served up with a vengeance.”

This was a really a good read kept the action to the point it never became dull. I really like Tinker and Randy together but seriously the ending. Looking forward to my next read from you.
I was proposing to take down a half-trillion-dollar empire, sending numerous people to prison in the process, and for that, we needed information, and lots of it.
I really enjoyed this book I like books that is about a guy and his friend that they have each other back boy this book kept you on the edge of your seat and I sure didn't see the ending coming!
I didn’t like the way this ended, but it was probably to set up the next book. Other than that it was good story with enough twists to keep one guessing.
I like this author. Tears and smile were my reactions.
I was thinking it was the lady but their was a place in the story that I was not sure. My feelings that her father or husband were not the bad guys Thank you Rose
First time reading this new author and was intrigued by the three main characters; plus a wide range of surrounding ones. As this first thriller unfolds with a wide range of events that will keep a reader guessing until the very end.
I liked the characters. I found some of the way the were fights and being hit with a crowbar and junior g up and keep going. There was so much fighting in a small time frame.
