Bette Pesetsky is an American novelist and short story writer. She received her degrees at Washington University, St. Louis, and the University of Iowa, has been a Visiting Professor at the Universities of Iowa, California, and St Lawrence, and has been Writer-in-residence at the New College of Florida, Florida State University, Sarasota, since 2004.

Parts about cookie making and life and great. But some of the book is disjointed and hard to follow.

I love Theodora, the main character. The men, the babies, the cookies...She is living the life of my alter ego !
But I sincerely hate the disjointed way the author chose to write....makes the story difficult to follow at times.
