Overall, a fairly interesting and informative book about humpback whales. Of course the caveat being, most of this only applies to whales that migrate to Hawaii.
This did read quite a bit like a scientific paper. But it was well written for the layman.
I do think the sections and mating from the male and female perspective could’ve been combined as the information was quite repetitive through the sections.
I would also not recommend this to anyone simply interested in whale watching. This is very much intended for someone looking to know more about the animal.
