Tadashi Agi, 亜樹直, is the penname of Yuko and Shin Kibayashi, a sister and brother team of Japanese manga storywriters. Shin Kibayashi also uses the pseudonyms Seimaru Amagi and Yuya Aoki.

The mini-arc about a woman with amnesia was great! It didn't progress the way I thought it would. There's a nice touch of realism and acceptance that I found very satisfying tie up for that arc.
Vol6 should have the showdown for the 1st Apostle. A flawed wine with amazing taste!
Enjoying the way Kanzaki has grown during the battle of wines. He spent the majority of his life rebelling against the things that his father had him experience and learn. Not understanding how much of that weird upbringing had shaped him into who he is and who he will become. It's an interesting note that you don't have to be in a moment with a living person to share experiences. Kanzaki's deep dive into learning about wine and competing for his father's will has shaken up his life, and he's grown as a person and closer to his deceased father.
Five volumes in and we reach the First Apostle! I binged this one overnight because I wanted to know which of Issei and Shizuku would win, and was not disappointed with the execution. Lots of those wonderful full-page spreads in which tasting wine is a full-sensory hallucination which really are my favourite part of this series.
The woman's past being linked to wine and recovering her memory is a wonderful story. Her secret lover waking up over the wine makes it even better. I can't help but hate that the story of the accident was linked to cheating and that is how Shizuku might find the first apostle.

They are closing in on the first Apostle but the interesting part was the story of this volume. It was bittersweet. This series deals with a lot of sensitive and sad topics and this one was a prime example for that.
