Anyone struggling with addictions and/or mental health issues NEEDS TO READ THIS.

The information contained here should be required reading for all those in addiction counseling and for those receiving treatment, rather it be in-patient, outpatient, or self-help groups such as AA, Women for Sobriety, Secular Organization for Sobriety, or whatever.

It has several great pages of suggestions on what supplements to take to combat the ill-effects of sobering up when one has a dual diagnosis of depression, bipolar, and more.

For those in any healing profession, or their clients, please read this book!!

It could save yours or someone else's life.
