Concise Catholic Catechism

Rate this book
This remarkable work of synthesis summarizes in simple language the key doctrines contained in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It condenses into 450 paragraphs the material from the complete Catechism. A Concise Catholic Catechism is intended to serve as a companion to the official Catechism of the Catholic Church. Each paragraph is numbered and cross-referenced to the complete Catechism, and it follows the same order and structure, making it easy for those who wish to navigate from one book to the other. A Concise Catholic Catechism will prove useful to catechists, lay readers, and all Catholics and non-Catholics who want to know quickly and simply what the Catholic faith is all about.

This is a good quick (very quick) summary of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. I was reading it to see if it would be useful in our RCIA program. It might be a good book to recommend to catechumens, but I don't think it has enough material to be the basis for a catechetical course.
