Random Grab Bag of Metaphysical Topics

I've read and reviewed a fair number of books by this metaphysical/occult author. In the past couple of years, I've watched her become one of the most prolific and best-selling authors in the space. In general, I think her single-subject books are well done, although I wasn't wild about her books about Indian astrology. However, her multi-subject books that aren't anthologies of complete books are a little too slapdash and haphazard. This book is supposed to be about spiritual astrology. That topic is hard to pin down. But she includes a lot of aspects of astrology that I don't necessarily consider spiritual, like simple sun signs or moon phases. And some sections aren't even really about astrology, like the ones on twin flames and soulmates. I found the chapters about actual astrology to be a bit too fatalistic, that “you are this” flavor of astrology. That kind of thinking about astrology is of its past, not of its present or future. Though I wasn't wild about this random grab bag of astrological and metaphysical concepts, I do think this author did a good job in her actual individual books about the sun signs and moon signs. While I don't recommend this particular book, I can definitely recommend her sun sign series.

Clunky

In the deacription for zodiacs in the houses, virgo is completely missing and Leo I think is only there for the first 5 houses
Also the twin flame and soulmate stuff is nothing to do with astrology

It is very basic and informative book. There are missing parts for signs on the cusps of the Houses. And when they explain the 5th house the information is not relevant.
