READ THE FULL STORY OF SUZUNE MAGICA IN THIS COMPLETE OMNIBUS! Suzune Amano lives an extraordinarily normal life as a middle school student by day and…magical-girl assassin by night?! When a group of four magical girls begins investigating the serial murders in their city, they soon find themselves Suzune’s next targets! But what motivates Suzune to hunt both witches and magical girls alike?
A group collaboration consisting of director Akiyuki Shinbou, writer Gen Urobuchi, the original character designer Ume Aoki, and the producer Atsuhiro Iwakami.
Great book. However, there were a few plot holes once you got to the 3rd book. I wish there were more scenes of Suzune and Matsuri’s friendship from when they were kids. I also wish there had been more scenes of Suzune’s true past before Kagari manipulated her memories and mind. Also, I would have liked to see a bit more flashbacks with Chisato. The book was enjoyable, even if there was occasional boring dialogue.

So, I won't lie to you: I was a little skeptical about anything NOT involving the original quintet. Everyone knows that when you introduce new characters, things don't always take a turn for the best. But in this case, it was actually for the best .
It's horrifying that, in our intro to Suzune the character, she is seen as rather emotionless and asking a girl's name before slaughtering her. The tone shifts, and we meet the other four characters, who seem like your typical middle school students (to the point where I actually was unsure if they had contracted or not).
Of course, events transpire. This may be one of the darker entries into the Puella Magi universe which made me realize that I definitely am interested in other stories from other magical girls in the Puella Magi universe.
One of the best works of art out there, this is a conglomerate of the world's power of belief and human capability. Everything in it metaphysically/emotionally is totally accurate.
While some parts near the end got a bit convoluted, it was a really good manga! It might be my favorite spin off/side story of Puella Magi that I have read so far. Definitely got me in the feels
I really wanted to love this manga! This one kicked off strong, I was so invested! But then I read the ending and it just took all the emotion out of the previous chapters. The revenge plot was completely ruined!
