About the author

In 2007, I wrote my first story on a fan fiction website and have been hooked ever since.

I love all things vampire, werewolf, wizard and warlock.

As a Chicago native, I have had the opportunity to meet people who thought that they were one or all of these things.

I knew writing was for me when I was taking a floral design class on Michigan Avenue and was chased by a sweaty, rock-slinging crack head who was wearing a fur coat and Elmer Fudd hat in July. I saw this as a sign and decided to go back home and hide behind the sanctuary of my computer.

Please... have fun reading my stories. They're not to be taken too seriously. I just like to write and tell stories. I hope that you enjoy them.

This story of Stephan and Taylor was a good start to this Dark Vampire series. Its about a novella length so the price is quite high for an ebook. Very sensual and passionate together, they made a grand entrance to this series. I so enjoyed meeting Weis and Vlad and Im assuming their stories are in the other books that are out in the seies. It was very adventurous and the story kept moving that made it hard to put the book away until it was done. I'd love to see more background and development of the world and rules and the like that this vampire series is based on by this author. In other words, more of the world this series is developed and created for. We had words that she was his mate but never how that was part of this world of vampires until a short part in the last paragraph that had part of the ritual in it. But there is no denying that her heroes rock! Very alpha and loving!

This book definately stands up to it's title. It's really more of a novella though. Definately has it's hot moments though. Whew!

I'm interested in her next book of the series, just hope it's longer than this one is.

I have read this book many times over the years and find something new every time I read it. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I love it.
