A must read book for any non-financial business manager. If you don't understand the financial aspects of your business, this book will give you a quick up to date know how to give you insight. Pretty much an overview of what would be covered in finance 101 at a business school.
While these books aren't nearly as interesting as a novel, and they take me a long time to read, there is some good material. While some of this is pretty basic, I did find some helpful information about budgeting and analysis. I thought the book was well written.
