Very broad collection of various kinds of writings on the topic of sexual harassment, which got observed, I daresay, from almost every angle related to institutionalized models of action, not shying away from borders of different kinds of laws and how they could and should be invoked in case of sexuality or gender being pointed out to a person in a way they find offensive.

I think every Finn should read this to better be able to indicate how their sex effects them, possibly negatively, possibly in their everyday lives - Finnish society claims to be a welfare state advancing equality and working actively against discrimination, yet the inhabitants barely know what that means and how deep buried our base beliefs are and, most importantly, how important context, both national and personal histories appear in the moments of contradiction. This book contains a great number of examples of more and less serious violations and brightens the hidden inequality of genders. Personally I find chauvinism at times quite hilarious (whoops), but sense of humour doesn't protect you in court.
