In a new anthology edited by Jeff Gelb, who brought readers the original Shock Rock, today's top horror authors are rocking again. Here is a heavy-metal marathon of musical mayhem by a slammin' ensemble of today's shock fiction headliners, including Rick Hatula, Rex Miller, and more.
Jeff Gelb is a former disc jockey and music columnist who created the SHOCK ROCK series of music-based horror fiction. He has also written a number of short stories, including Graveyard Shift, The Last Victim and The Portrait. In 2001, he collaborated with Max Allan Collins to create the anthology series FLESH AND BLOOD, tales of erotic noir from some of the finest writers in crime fiction. Mr. Gelb is now in his fifth decade producing the comic book fanzine MEN OF MYSTERY.

Relato:Rock'n Roll will never die- Max Allan Collins
"Lee Makes Alice Cooper Look like Alice in Wonderland" pag 288
You don't have to be a rock fan to appreciate this book (though it certainly does help). Music lovers of all genres will enjoy the story collection presented here.
This book does pretty well in putting together enough good stories to make the read worthwhile. I really only actively disliked one story, and the rest were good-enough to somewhat better.
If you like the subject matter, authors, or genre(s), probably worth reading.
