God is love and he loves each of us. His love covers over a multitude of wrongs and sins. God so loved us that He gave us His only begotten son, that if we should believe on Him, we should not perish, but have everlasting life. (See 1 John 4:8; 1 Pet 4:8; Prov 10:12; John 3:16)
