This book by Lain Ehmann was well organized into easy to consume sections and her writing style is very enjoyable to read. It's a combination of receiving thoughtful and practical advice from a professional and having an intimate conversation with a trusted friend. This is a wonderful collection of topics that are pertinent to us all arranged to be used as a reference for later as various topics resurface. I'm certain I'll be gifting this to friends and family as well as assigning it to clients to read in the future. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!
