No Clothes is the story of Simon's cross-town journey without clothes. Daniel Wood has captured that nine year old dread, nakedness. Simon's carelessness caused his predicament, but we must admire his speed and courage in evading a gang of kids and his resourcefulness in creating newspaper clothes ("local coverage"). The tension is heightened as each adventure results in another call to the police.
