This definitely seemed like it was a book aimed at beginners on the spiritual path in general, so there were various points on this that I didn't need, but felt reinforcing of what I'm already doing. There were also some more ideas I've been gradually working up to, for example ritual bathing and cultivating morning, evening and eating rituals, which felt useful and provided encouragement and motivation. So definitely potential to be useful for anyone with more experience on a spiritual path and wanting to know more about tantra specifically. I am also slowly working my way through The Alchemy of Ecstacy (which goes into a lot more depth on tantric traditions) and there are various points shared between the books, it was nice to listen to this one as it was only a couple of hours long. I listened to the audiobook and while I quite liked the narrator's voice, I didn't feel it was a good fit for the book. I liked what I heard enough to download the book and I will read it properly as I never get as much out of listening as I do reading - also the book has various exercises in it that sound useful. I didn't agree with the idea of "killing the ego" but maybe this was semantics.
