Amber Kell has made a career out of daydreaming. It has been a lifelong habit she practices diligently as shown by her complete lack of focus on anything not related to her fantasy world building.

When she told her husband what she wanted to do with her life he told her to go have fun.

During those seconds she isn't writing she remembers she has children who humor her with games of 'what if' and let her drag them to foreign lands to gather inspiration. Her youngest confided in her that he wants to write because he longs for a website and an author name—two things apparently necessary to be a proper writer.

Despite her husband's insistence she doesn't drink enough to be a true literary genius she continues to spin stories of people falling happily in love and staying that way.

She is thwarted during the day by a traffic jam of cats on the stairway and a puppy who insists on walks, but she bravely perseveres..

She also writes under the name Mikela Q. Chase

Recomendable.

A continuation of the last one. Luc has his vampire servant who’s feeling better, and he reconciles with his werewolf lover Bram. Meawhile he also gets a demon servant, an old friend who his brothers injured so he’d use his energy to heal him and be weak when he goes back to hell on his birthday. If his brothers can break him and he loses his soul to his father they get some kind of reward. The only way to get his strength back is to have sex with both Bram AND Nikkolai who also claims him as his mate. To save his life they agree to a threesome and to both admit he’s their mate. Oh and there was a little “bonding” with Jerrod the vampire servant. So I guess the next book he goes to hell, we see if he survives and if the three of them can live happily every after. I like the character of Luc a lot and Jerrod, the alphas not so much, I get tired of the growling and “mine” “mine” stuff.

Review part 2: I absolutely adored Luc's character in these books! He had a wicked sense of humor and a heart bigger than most. He had phenomenal strength and healing capabilities, and wouldn't let harm come to those he cared about. Who would have thought the devil's son could be such a wonder:)

In this installment, we learn about the true meaning behind the possibility that Luc might have two Mates (Bran, the Were and Nikko, the vampire) and it was a very interesting revelation! Bran grew on me after he saw the error of his ways so to speak and Nikko was appealing from the get go.

The one very big down side to this book was what appeared to be very little editing *shudders*. On to the third and final installment...

Kell, has become on of my favor paranormal m/m romances authors. Although I do wish that her stories were longer. I think I have yet to read one of her books that is over 50 pages. Regardless of that though the story is really good. I'm looking forward to reading the conclusion. Oh yeah and angels show up in this book as well.

Again, love the characters, love the story, hate the editing errors. Hope is on the horizon for those of you who haven't purchased this one yet...wait for the revised, prettied up version coming from TEB in May...I imagine the editing will be much better!! And the story will be even better because of that!

Well, this second installment is a complete mess compared to the first. Poorly edited. Abrupt end. Mixed names. I mean, the 1st wasn't even close to perfection but actually made some sort of sense. This one? Not so much. Luc gets back together with Bran while still using Nikko's collar, still having sex with Jerrod and claiming Carn as his. Like I said...mess.

Meh, not nearly as fun as the first one, but with some fun Anita Blake-esque twists that left me grinning.

So-so short paranormal m/m romance, during which I realized I didn't particularly care about any of the rather shallow characters.
