Megan, Troy & Ransom's story...
I really enjoyed this one, I love the threesome dynamic, once again hot,
Dirty, sexy, love scenes, but I could still use a bit more story buildup, there wasn't enough for me to buy the insta love, but still a great bedtime read... ;)

Megan grew up with a verbally abusive father who made her pretty unresponsive to her lovers. on a night out with her two best girlfriends the went to Le' Club d'Esclavage looking for a night of fun. Megan met up with Ransom, a man who set her on fire from the start. following him up to his apartment for a night of fun and exploring BDSM she found out that he had even more to offer. His lover and Dom Troy joined the mix. They offered her a night of unrelenting passion. come sun up they were all whispering their "i love yous" and making plans for their permanent happily ever after when daddy dearest showed up trying to drag her out of the club. the men quickly put an end to that and HEA was quickly attained.
people in books sure do move fast huh? less than 24 hours and they are moving in together. never ceases to make me giggle.
the scenes in this book were just beyond steamy. falling pretty midline on the BDSM scale, with a little m/m in the mix. the m/m was pretty light and not too graphic. the menage scenes were delicious though.
there was character development for megan, but little on everyone else. you got to read a bit about Troy's life in the scene and what he used to do. not much of anything for Ransom. for such a short story i guess it really isnt necessary though.

A Toy for two- One of my first experiences reading m/m interactions. CAN we say HOT! Those two men did it for me by themselves but add in a third and one direct the other in how to handle her was just erotic. Of course the BDSM was good too.....

Good short read, engaging characters. Was a little uncertain about the M/M/F relationship as it was laid out but it actually worked quite well.

Ok, today’s review is for A Toy For Two, which was my favorite of the three books. Yesterday’s review focused on Natalie, who met the masked man of her dreams at the Le Club d’Esclavage, and A Toy For Two focuses on Megan… And Troy… And Ransom. Yeah, now you are seeing why I liked it, I know.
So Megan is depicted as the most outgoing of the trio of women, but lately her social life has been lacking. She was a virgin until she was 25, but at this point she has had enough of inexperienced lovers. She longs for more. Not only that, but her dad is a high ranking government official, and a bit of a fun-killer. In fact, the man is a downright asshole, and I felt badly for Megan as she had to deal with his wrath. He comes down on her like a hammer, but Megan isn’t going to take it. To say I loved her is putting it lightly. I felt for this girl. And then when she got to have a super hot ménage with a super hot couple, I was insanely jealous.
The words of the club’s manager echoed in her mind: “The owner would like to make one thing very clear. When you cross the threshold into Le Club d’Esclavage, it is your desire to participate completely in our manner of play, and such will be expected of you.”
Once again, the club itself is a major character in the story. It’s dark and sexy, but the owner takes care of everyone in it. The employees have their own living quarters, there is even a gym for them to exercise in. It really just shows you that when you go to a BDSM club, it’s not just a night out on the town, it’s a way of life.
Megan meets Ransom first. I really loved Ransom. He was so gentle and caring with her, but yet firm. He didn’t result to trickery and he was up front about his relationship with Troy, his lover. Troy is the Dom and Ransom is the sub. Both are lethally sexy.
When Troy enters the scene everything goes up a couple notches. The heat and sensuality raise, the freaking temperature raises. Megan is nervous about being in not only a ménage, but a D/s ménage at that. Both Troy and Ransom make every effort to make sure she knows this is her choice, her decision. They also make it clear how much she is wanted. And by the end, she knows what is really going on with the three of them.
Yep, the words Happily Ever After definitely come into play here, friends. This book had it all, and like I said, it was my favorite. There was some kinky sexy, some incredibly caring men, and a woman who has to brave her over controlling and over bearing father to grab hold of the overflowing happiness she just found in Troy and Ransom.

There was nothing subtle about this book. It was hot fast read about a hot fast introduction to submission. I found it both refreshing and ridiculous that Megan, who had never had any BDSM experience, or much sexual experience really, jumped in so quickly and so completely. Refreshing, because the reluctant, "naturally submissive", new to BDSM woman has become a bit of a cliche. Ridiculous because no one with an ounce of self preservation would have allowed what Megan did.

A menage story, Book Two in this series, that involves two bi-sexual men, one the manager of the club and his bisexual sub, both of whom have come to believe that the addition of a woman to the "family" is what is needed to complete them. Natalie's (from Book One) friend, Meg, a young woman from a politically prominent family and one who has come to recognize her need to chart her own future, spends a weekend with these two men and grieves that their time together will soon be over. As always, my rating has more to do with the shorter length of this story--I think all three of these characters and their interaction together merits a full-length story. I get impatient when some good characters come along in a relationship that seems to really "work" and then poof: the story is over. Novellas may be good business in the publishing world of ebooks, but they are not my favorite by a long shot.

This one is marginally better than the first. This is the story of Megan (Natalie & Dani's friend) & apparently she's also been set up to secretly meet Troy & his lover, Ransom, on the same trip to Le Club d'Esclavage as introduced in At The Dungeon Master's Hand. At least she gets a safe word. That's something, right? Megan's submission is quite sweet & she takes having a menage sprung on her really well considering she's blindfolded & bound when the owner & notorious Dom of the club, Troy, enters & starts enjoying both his toys.
I am reading these shorts back to back so perhaps if they were more spread out they wouldn't seem quite so repetitive but there's quite a bit of this one that's verbatim from the first one. I found it a bit annoying & unnecessary to go through the exact same conversations again. There are times when I found the writing juvenile. Juvenile plus repetitive isn't a great combination.

Bored? With a book that hot? Not a single chance! 'A Toy for Two' by Jennifer Cole earns every bit of FIVE DIVAS. I'd give it more if I could.
The characters are easy to relate to, the scenes are hot as hell, and the depth of the storyline is spectacular. I found myself wishing fervently that I could be in Megan Washington's heels (the female lead).
Both Ransom Seager and Troy Simon are sexy, compelling, and completely delicious; any woman would beg to have their sole attentions. It is not often that I find myself wishing a book would go on longer, but I certainly was with this one. Definitely worth the space on your bookshelf, virtual or otherwise! Reviewed by Il-Tigress

I love this series, how it's three distinct stories that overlap so well. This, Megan's story, is a sexy tale about a submissive who doesn't realize she's a submissive until she is mastered by two strangers at the BDSM club. Fun, loving, arousing... this story, like the others in this series, was a great way to spend an hour.

Very quick ready, easy story. Enjoy the hello from the first book's characters. They are so short that the character and story development is lightning fast and not-remotely realistic, but still love the books!!

This was a short hot sexy story. Ran and Troy have been a couple for years they were missing something a woman. Megan felt complete once she submitted to the power of two. One of the things I like about this series is that 3 best friends finds what each are looking for

4.5 out of 5 stars. Lost points on this one because I was disappointed on how things ended with daddy. Threats were made. What happened. I don't like loose threads and this one was left dangling. Otherwise, HOT bed-time reading here.
