The Day Venus Exploded

Rate this book
We now can be pretty sure that the worldwide flood noted in religious and historical documents from around the world actually happened about 9,000 years ago. Before that horrible event occurred, the world was not a quiet place. War had festered the world. People had flying ships that aided in the wholesale slaughter. Ancient Jewish historical/religious texts tell us that about one-third of all humans died during these preflood wars. The wars even hit the nearby planets, according to many texts, and the planet Venus got the worst of it. Its moon somehow “exploded” and sent the planet into an infernal tailspin. Soon, all the inhabitants died as the atmospheric temperature shot to over 800 degrees. Pieces of the Venusian moon also hit Earth about 12,000 years ago. Thousands of pieces peppered the land, and island nations like the fabled Atlantis sank into the ocean. This is not a fairy tale. The proof is amazing.

This was a very interesting read. The book is full of information and factoids about many findings from ancient times around the world. It certainly will make you think and hopefully inspire you to look up even more, as it has me.
This was a first book and there are some editing issues but they have been brought to the authors attention and should be better in upcoming books. Overall they do not take away from the enlightening content of the book. Certainly worth reading for history and trivia/factoid buffs alike.
